I do not have much idea about the problems you can face in future but still you have an advantage with moving with an work experience and a course which you have already done in that field. You can pursue BCA that would be more helpful for you in future for job opportunities.

Yes, you can do it. The eligibility criteria for BCA is; He/she should have completed their senior secondary school from a reputed board and should have secured an average minimum of 45% marks. The admission in the asked course has based the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Without giving WBJEE Exam, you can't get admission in West Bengal State Government Medical Colleges.

May be you got the admission through management quota, but there is very few chances for the admission. Very few colleges gives the admission through management quota.

The best colleges under MAKAUT offering B.Tech in IT are IEM, Heritage, St. Thomas, Meghnad Saha College, etc. You can get admission in either of these without giving Entrance Examination, through management quota.
