MAKAUT offers a full-time BCA programme. In order to get admission, students must appear for CET. It is conducted by MAKAUT WB. Candidates must have qualified Class 12 to appear for this exam.

MAKAUT BBA provides different job options, including positions in marketing, finance, management, and human resources. Popular roles include marketing coordinator, operations manager, analyst, etc. Students can check the official website of the university to learn more.

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology offers a comprehensive range of programs to students in multiple specializations. Students pursuing the M.Tech programme at the university are offered a specialised knowledge of Engineering. The placements for M.Tech students are also vibrant with top recruiters like Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Qspider, among others.

MAKAUT offers a three-year BSc programme spread across various specialisations. Any student who has passed Class 12 from a recorgnised board of education is eligible to apply for BSc courses at MAKAUT. At the campus of MAKAUT, BBA is offered in General specialisation along with four other BBA specialised courses are available. These include BBA in Business Analytics, BBA in Hospital Management, BBA in Tourism & Travel Management and BBA in Digital Marketing.

MAKAUT offers a total of 1548 seats for its MSc programme. These seats are distributed among more than more than 10 affiliated colleges of the university. Some of the colleges included are the Institute of Management Study, Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, and more.

MAKAUT offers several need-based, merit-based and category-based scholarships to the students. Some of these include Swami Vivekananda West Bengal Government Merit-cum-Means Scholarship, Aikyashree - Minority Scholarship, Kanyashree Scholarship, Swami Vivekananda West Bengal Government Merit cum Means Scholarship, Scholarship to SC, ST and OBC students (Select North 24 Parganas as District), State government. Admission to BBA at MAKAUT is based on the CET exam conducted by the university. Eligible candidates seeking admission must have qualified Class 12 to appear for this exam. Final selected candidates get their names in the merit lists released by the university. Such candidates can pay the admission fee within the pre-defined timelines to book their seats. 

MAKAUT University accepts both merit and entrance based exam scores. The university conducts CET exam in June for admission to courses such as BSc, MSc, BBA and BCA courses. MAKAUT conducts JEMAT for admission to MBA and MHA courses. It also accepts a few other state/ national-level entrance exams such as WBJEE, PGET,  UGC NET  (including JRF)/ CSIR NET for admission to UG, PG and doctoral-level programmes.

Yes, MAKAUT offers an M.Tech programme. This programme is offered via many colleges affiliated with the university. Moreover, the duration of this course is two years. Apart from this, this programme is spread across various specialisations, including Artificial Intelligence, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Computer Science and Engineering, etc. All these courses are offered in full time mode.

Yes, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology offers a three-year BCA programme in the field of Software and IT and a total of 240 seats are available for the same at the university campus. Other than the main university campus, there are more than 70 affiliated colleges of MAKAUT that also offer BCA programmes to students.

MAKAUT offers safe and healthy environment for the students. The university provides modern amenities with state-of-the-art infrastructure to its students and is spread over an area of 40 acres of land at Haringhata, District Nadia, provided by the Government of West Bengal.
