Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) conducts Manipal Entrance Test (MET) annually to select candidates for admission into their participating campuses. Based on their scores in MET, the candidates will be able to apply for the BTech courses. The MAHE MET cutoff 2025 is yet to be released. The MAHE releases the cutoffs for multiple programs for its affiliated institute, so it is difficult to assess the cutoff. After the MET result is announced, the candidates will be able to participate in the counselling and admission process. The authorities will release the MET counselling dates online. The candidates will have to register for the MET counselling by updating their profile and choosing their preferred course and campus. MET seat allotment result will be announced online. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability.

The needed criteria which a candidates must follow is to have MBBS degree from an institute recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
