BEd admissions at MG University require students to have a valid UG degree from a recognised university. Students with higher educational backgrounds can also apply for the course. Further, it is necessary that the candidate hold the degree mark sheets during form filling and admission confirmation. The documents are required for verification purposes. The BTech fee structure of the programme is INR 1.1 lakh- 4 Lacs for the four-year programme. MG University offers BTech specilisation in Polymer Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, CSE, Naval Architecture, Cyber Security, and others. The fee structure does not inculde the hostel and mess fees.

This is a programme leading to the Bachelors Degree in Education. The programme extends for a period of two years/ four semesters. The course of study shall be by regular attendance for the requisite number of lectures and practical training as per Mahatma Gandhi University Regulations for the B Ed programmes.Candidates who have passed any graduate level degree examination which is recognised by Mahatma Gandhi University with 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent grade (CGPA of 2/CCPA of 5) are eligible for admission.Candidates who have passed Degree examination with Double/Triple main are eligible for admission to B Ed in any of thesubjects they have studied as their Core/main. However, they have to submit copy of the Equivalency/Eligibility Certificate and Programme wise Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, stating that, their Qualifying Examination isrecognized for seeking admission to the relevant B Ed Degree Course (s) as applicable, at the time of admission. Thisprovision is not applicable in the case of those applicants who have passed their qualifying examination from MGUniversity. 

The university is currently releasing seat allotment list for courses in which admission is through CAP. Second allotment list was released on Jun 2025. The students can keep checking the official website to stay updated regarding the result announcement as well. Moreover, the KEAM scores are also expected to be announced in Jun.

MGU Kerala admit candidates to the BCom and BCom (H) programme on a merit-basis. Hence, the applicants are selected based on their performance in the last qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12 or equivalent examination. Candidates wanting to get a seat in BPharm course of Mahatma Gandhi University must fulfil the eligibility requirements. The aspirants, who are pass in Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board can apply. In addition, applicant should have completed at least 17 years of age as of December 31, 2024. At the time of admission and form filling, aspirant should have the educational certificates with them. These documents are required for verification purposes.

To get a seat in BCom course of Mahatma Gandhi University, a candidate must have the required minimum qualification. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with the relevant subjects can apply. In addition, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognised board/authority. The candidates who haven't passed with required subjects or with other optional subjects can apply if they secured at least 45% aggregate in the qualifying exam.Moreover, the student must hold the pass certificates (original/copies) at the time of admission or form filling.
