MSc is a two-year course available in two specialisations, namely Clinical Psychology and Vedic Science and Applications. Candidates need to complete a UG degree with Psychology subjects as major or an equivalent degree from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate to apply for MSc Clinical Psychology. For MSc Vedic Sciences, a UG degree with Science subjects from a recognised Indian or foreign institution or an equivalent board with a minimum of 50% aggregate is required for admission. The selection to any of the MSc course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam followed by an interview round. The school also considers the SOP written by the aspirants.

After completion of the first round of selection, aspirants are required to write an SOP and come for an interview round. MIT School of Vedic Sciences shortlist aspirants for MA courses based on their performance in every selection round. Selected candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the school.
