You can't conclude which is better as both are holding their respective reputations. If you are going to study engineering then I would prefer MSU as such LD is now affiliated to GTU whereas MSU is still deemed university so learning would be better at MSU.So placements at present are better in LD. But in the future you can’t predict what would happen so if you are near Vadodara go for MSU and if you are near Ahmedabad go for LD.
