What's new at National Sports University? The last date of CUET UG application got over on May 31. But the CUET UG registrations and form correction window will be re-opened between June 23 and June 24. The CUET UG exam dates are also out. It will be conducted on July 15 and July 16, then on July 19 and July 20. Further in August, it will take place from August 4 to August 8 and then on August 10. National Sports University Admission Process 2025

National Sports University admissions are based on merit. The institute considers applications of candidates meeting the eligibility criteria. National Sports University offers courses at UG, PG and Certificate levels. Some of the courses include B.P.Ed, B.Sc., M.Sc. and M.A. Candidates can apply online for the preferred course.

The total tuition fees for UG courses is INR 2,45,400 - 18,52,906. Aspirants may also need to pay one-time caution deposit at the time of admission.

A great opportunity at National Sports University.

Placements: 80% of students are placed in different sectors. 1,200,000 per annum was the highest package, and 700,000 per annum was the lowest package offered in our course. Sports Authority of India, KVs schools, state government, Tenvik Sports, etc. were the top companies recruiting. 100% of students opted for internships.

Infrastructure: We have a huge campus including a gym, weightlifting hall, multipurpose hall, academic building, sports science room, library, administrative building, athletics track, hostels for boys and girls, a mess in each hostel, and all sports activity facilities.

Faculty: All teachers are very qualified and well-knowledgeable in their respective fields, with great teaching and coaching ability. We have a total of 8 semesters with 5 subjects (each) in the 6th semester. In the 7th, there is an internship, and in the last semester, there is a dissertation.

Other: I was from the 2018-22 batch in B.Sc. Sports Coaching. I chose this course to pursue my future in the sports coaching field. This course is only available at this college. There are many fests like Onam, cultural exchange, Sangai Festival, freshers party, farewell party, etc. There are intramural competitions every month between all four houses.

India first sports University still under construction after established in 2018.

Placements: The college don't offer any placement yet because the college was established in the year 2018 and it will take time for the placement and others companies to get interest in that there were two courses were running for undergraduate level B.Sc. in sports coaching and bpes.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good but it still don't have their own campus and all the campus was under construction yet it will take approximately 10-15 years to develop there were no medical and the canteen facilities available in the campus it will take time.

Faculty: The teachers and the faculty members were good and helpful except some teachers. The faculty was knowledgeable and experienced but some teachers were the exception in the college the course was very easy but still the result is 60-70% pass teacher support only Manipur.

Teachers and faculty members are qualified.

Placements: There are no formal placements from the University side. You have to make your own connections during the study to get a job after course completion. Faculty members can help you informally to get a job starting with 10k to 20k. Immediately after this course you can work in private schools as PE Teacher, coach and can expect not more than 25k. You can work as gym trainers or fitness trainers also, and the salary will depend on your skills average 15k to 20k .

Infrastructure: The current campus is on rent at SAI complex in which there are two boys hostel, capacity of 150 students in each and one girls hostel. Classroom are equipped with smart board and projectors. A small library is also there with necessary books but you can't take them away because the quantity is less, to read you have to sit there only. As labs are concerned this time they got some equipment but not installed yet due to lack of hall and rooms. No Wi-Fi in campus. If you are going there you have to adjust somethings.

Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are qualified but still they are on contract basis. Curriculum for this course is not optimum to match the industry demands but it gives you a stand to start your journey in sports industry. Exams are not so hard, you can crack it easily and can get a good CGPA.

Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports - Batch of 2022

It is the first central university for physical education.

Placements: It is a new college and established in 2018. The first batch will be passed out next year in January, so we don't know about placements. However, all students got chances for internships in different central schools, etc. You get jobs as a physical education teacher.

Infrastructure: Facilities here are average, and the infrastructure is also average. Four courses are available in this university, i.e., BPES, B.Sc (sports coaching), MPES and M.Sc (sports science). The quality of the food available in the mess is quite good, and sports and games are conducted here.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well qualified in this course. They explain very well in the classroom. Most of the professors are from LNIPE, and they are always ready to help. This course curriculum is good for students who are interested in sports and want to become a physical education teacher in future.

Other: I have chosen BPES (bachelor of physical education and sports). I suggest our college to make students do more practice for games. Many events, fests and extracurricular activities are organised.
