NIMS University BTech is a four-year UG degree course divided into eight semesters. It is offered in a full-time mode. Students can get direct admission through lateral entry in the second year of BTech courses. The available lateral entry courses are Aerospace Engineering, CSE, DS and Engineering, etc. NIMS IET BTech specialisations are Electrical Engineering, IT, Food Technology, etc. The eligibility criteria is candidate need to be Class 12 pass in relevant subjects with at least an aggregate of 45% for unreserved categories and 40% for reserved categories. For admission to BTech lateral entry at NIMS University, candidates must have completed a three-year diploma with at least an aggregate of 45%.
