NIMS University - A good journey.
Placements: 90% of students got placed and are earning some good money, mainly for first 2 years. You can chill but in 3rd they start to train you with the placement sessions and conduct mock interviews, GDs, and overall academic. The attendance is also decent, resulting in some good outcomes.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, and mainly the campus and, one of the most important, the view from the hostel of the mountains. The events are good, restaurants are also good. We can roam 24 hours on the campus within proper security. The seminar placement drive is also good. Environment is good.
Faculty: It is not so difficult. Faculty members are good, and the best part is that there is a college fort nearby, events are good. You come across people from different countries and across India, whole exposure you get and also exchange programs and CA.
Other: Events are the best here.

Best college for enjoy your course.
Placements: I was not offered any placements in this college, and no information about placements was provided. They might not offer placements for Diploma holders. There were no students from our batch were placed. I don’t know if the college offered any placements for the Diploma course in our department.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was excellent. There were canteens, a big hospital, and labs were clean and equipped with all necessary instruments.
Faculty: Teachers were very good, provided all the necessary information about the course, and shared informative content with a friendly attitude. All teachers had valid degrees and experience in the teaching field. The college organized exams on an annual basis. If you did not study properly, you could fall behind in some subjects. Faculty members were very good, provided all the information about the course, and were cooperative with our batch. I forgot about the course sometimes due to the university's environment, which had a big ground and other colleges.
Other: I chose this course because the university had a big hospital, excellent infrastructure, and a great campus life. There were canteens, a cricket ground, and other facilities. All annual functions were celebrated, and many celebrities came to entertain us.

The placements are not good.
Placements: The placement percentage is very low. The college offers a very small percentage of placements on campus. There are very few companies that visit our college, and a very small number of students get internships and placements. The campus is big, with a huge playground for players.
Infrastructure: From the beginning of my college life, I chose to live in the hostel. It's in very good condition, and I enjoy hostel life as I live with my roommates, who are very kind. The hostel food is also nice. The meals are good, and I have regular dinners. I love the hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are not helpful, and they are also not well-trained. The teachers at our college lack knowledge and do not support their students. The course curriculum is relevant and aims to make the students industry-ready with faculty support.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a computer science engineer.

Not worthy of money, no placements, no proper teaching, and management is totally zero.
Placements: No placements were given to us. We asked our sir more than 20-30 times about placements but he said there is no need for it, do it by yourself. They didn't ask us to attend any conference and about placements it's very bad. During admission, they said there will be more than 15 companies coming here for your placements. After course, they say we do not give placements.
Infrastructure: Hostel was in bad condition and food was so bad in taste. You could not even complain about it. I can't attend my brother's engagement beacuse no leave was provided. I waited almost 3 hours in front of principal's office and he said I don't want to give you leave. Their account departure mentioned my course name wrong and then made me suffer through 3 years. Even though they always shot at me that was your mistake. They even took Rs 30,000 extra fee from me. After that they told me that we would settle that amount as your next year's fee but nothing got done.
Faculty: No proper faculty members. They change faculty every year and no proper teaching. The syllabus remains completed always, and only 5-7 topics were taught. They didn't give us to use a slit lamp or other instruments, we complain about it to our HOD and he also didn't take a step against it. In my 4 year course, I didn't attend a contact lens practical class because they didn't have that. During internships, they sent us to camps almost 100-120 KM away with no facilities, and if we refused to go they said they would not give us our degree.

I am amazed and satisfied.
Placements: Overall, the placement support is decent, aligning with average expectations. The career services team actively brings companies to campus, providing students with excellent opportunities, and they also prepare them for interviews.
Infrastructure: I have been incredibly impressed with NIMS University's infrastructure. Classrooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with the latest technology, making lectures engaging and effective. Beyond that, the library was well-maintained and provided a quiet space for students.
Faculty: One of the standout features of NIMS University is undoubtedly its exceptional faculty. Professors here are not just highly qualified with impressive academic and industry backgrounds, they are also genuinely passionate about teaching and supporting their students.

Review of NIMS University.
Placements: A very good percentage of placements are achieved from this course. The highest package offered from my course is ₹17 lakhs, and the lowest is ₹14 lakhs. Top companies are hiring students from this course, and the top role offered is at Google.
Infrastructure: All the best facilities are available in my course, but the infrastructure of the college is too good. The library is also present. The food quality made in the canteen is very good. Medical facilities are not present, but sports and games are available for all the students.
Faculty: The teachers in my course are not so helpful, but all are very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant, and students are ready for industry visits. The semester exams in my course are easy, but the pass percentage is not high; it's only 85%.
Other: I chose this course to learn business. There is no wish to improve. Events are held monthly in the course. Scholarships are not available for this course. The campus crowd is very bad.
