North Maharashtra University conducts CET for admission to some of the courses such as BBA, BCA, BMS, MCA and MBA. For courses such as BTech, BPharm, etc., MHT CET score is accepted for admission. Other state-level entrance exams such as MHCET Law, MAH CET, etc. are accepted for admission to specific programmes. Once the selection process is over, candidates are required to participate in counselling.
As per the official brochure for the NMU BSc in CS course, the intake capacity is nearly 40. Students are admitted to the programme based on the sanctioned seat intake. The selection also depends upon the candidates performance in the last qualifying examination. Further, 70% of seats are for students who have passed qualifying exam from Maharashtra state boards and 30% for candidates of other state boards.
