Honest review of PDM UNIVERSITY .

Placements: No companies visited the campus, due to which everyone had to look for off-campus opportunities, and the same goes for internships. Since the quality of students has also decreased, no one would prefer to come to this college. If you are thinking of enrolling in this college, forget about placements because there is no company visiting.

Infrastructure: The only building good enough to stay in is the exception rest; all the infrastructure is shabby and the toilets are not hygienic at all. So if you are a female, it would be difficult for you. The canteen is very basic; you can only get noodles here and nothing else.

Faculty: The curriculum is outdated and the teachers are also not of good quality; they only give you marks according to there wishes. Semester exams are quite easy and the pass percentage is 50%. But again, they don't even show you your answer paper for verification in case you want to.

Other: I chose this college because it was near my home and my elder sister also graduated from it, but at her time it was a good college but after the pandemic it is worse.

The campus life and the environment is good.

Placements: Around 70 percent of students are placed in our course. The highest package offered is around INR 31 Lacs and the lowest package offered is around INR 12 Lacs. More than 65 percent of students got internship from our course.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course are that it contains library Wi-Fi classrooms labs etc. The quality of the facilities in our hostel, the quality of food available in the mess is pretty fascinating and delicious. We also have medical facilities, sports and games.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable as well. The teaching style is different and easy so that every student can easily understand the topic. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are not so tough. The passing percentage is 37 percent.

I'm satisfied with the faculty members provided to us. The response of all other staff is also good.

Placements: Different companies visit here for placements, but more companies are BPOs compared to the IT sector. Some companies that visit here are Amazon and Khoj India Pvt Ltd. The placement process is conducted in a very smooth manner, and on the day of placements, different rounds are organised.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is good. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and labs are good. The hostel is well maintained, and the food provided in the mess is good and hygienic. Medical facilities are also good here as all the medical situations are taken care of on the dental campus.

Faculty: The teachers here are really very helpful and cooperative. They have good knowledge about the current topics which are currently used in the industry as well. The course curriculum is also good. The pass percentage is 40%, and the level of exams is good.

Other: Fests are organised in a very good manner, and singers also visit here like Himesh Reshammiya, Hardy Sandhu, etc.

Our college course, infrastructure and faculty members are good. But the placement are not good.

Placements: The study was good but they were offering placement in BPOs when students had completed their graduation. They do not provide any IT company after completing student's B.Tech or BCA maybe they have to improve a bit.

Infrastructure: The college and hostel were excellent. Free Wi-Fi 24X7, but students had to use a VPN for using some sites. Students pay an extra fee for the library they need to include it in. No student likes to pay extra fees for their college books, or some extra things which should be free.

Faculty: Faculty members were excellent. They had supported students a lot, and the exam process was good. Teachers spend a good time while studying BCA and had a great time. Exams were moderate, and students have to study to pass their exams. Students can score 60-70% easily, if they study properly.

Other: Our college is good for students who wants to do there MBBS in dental or for architecture.

If you only want to study and enjoy college life, then you can take admission.

Placements: Top recruiting companies of our college are Wipro, TCS and IBM. Almost 30% of the students got placed, and 50% of the students got internship offers. The software developer is the highest role offered. Our college placement cell gives opportunities, but it totally depends on students ability to take the job.

Infrastructure: Every book is available in the library. The hostel is very clean, and the food is also great in taste and ingredients. Everything is available here.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they teach very well. Our course is great. Especially some teachers are very good, but you should have some patience to take help from them. I also suggest not to create unnecessary behaviour with anyone. Teachers help you in every manner you have to make a great bond with them.

Other: I have chosen BCA, and the best thing is the syllabus. I want to increase my development skills. Events, fests and the campus crowd are very good.
