Average, but in 2026, Poornima has made its campus very beautiful.
Placements: 90% of students were placed in BBA. But many students did not get their dream package, as mentioned in Poornima University’s advertisements. The highest package was 5 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. The average package was 3 LPA. The top roles offered in my batch were Audit and Consultancy.
Infrastructure: The hostel was good and above average. The building and corridors were clean. Rooms were big, and the washrooms were also good. Wi-Fi was very slow. Labs were good. Classrooms were like lecture theatres with projectors installed in all classrooms. The library was also well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful. They were qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was not very good due to an outdated syllabus. Teachers were knowledgeable and reputable. But there was no updated syllabus. It was mostly textbook-based. Students were not made industry-ready. They had to develop skills on their own as the college did not provide much support. Exams were average and not very hard, with a passing percentage of 30. However, exams and CGPA were not the only important things. Industry exposure is important, and Poornima is not very good for BBA.

Overall rating is good, the facility has average infrastructure and a good placement overall.
Placements: Over 70-80 percent of students get placement in high-tech companies such as TCS, Burger Farm, Wipro, Infosys and many more. The highest package I'm not sure, but it is 50 LPA, and the lowest is 3-4 LPA. Various top companies come to placement drives, but students get distributed on the basis of their performance, which is done by the college itself, which decides who is going to be a part of the placement drive or not. More than 70 percent students get internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, not that high-tech, but it's good if we want to study, so there is no need to check on the infrastructure. We have fully Wi-Fi and air-conditioned labs, classrooms have fans, not air conditioning, and the library is good. I am a day scholar, so I don't have an idea about the mess food. Sports facilities are far better than anything.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and the paint takes the are the best part of the college that the provide all the necessary helps to the students that they can. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry, and even teachers who are teaching have industry exposure. Semester exams are standard not so difficult, not so easy. The pass percentage, I guess, is something around 5 or 6 CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in this field & I love to explore tech. The best thing about my course is that it's a professional course, and the bare minimum time it takes to achieve something. I wish I could focus more on one language than on many at the same time. That is not the problem of college, it is the NEP-based course criteria. Events are mind-blowing, like Lakshay, the main college fest, which is a 3-day and 4-night fest where big artists are called upon, and various activities take place.

Overall, it's very nice college.
Placements: It is nice that many students get internships and then get placed, and many companies visit the placement drive, so you have a great chance to land an internship here. Also, you have international courses for your career enrichment. So overall, placement is nice.
Infrastructure: Having personal washrooms and balconies is great. Food is average, like in any other hostel. The facilities are really nice, with 24/7 electricity, and now they have installed a vending machine, so some things can be bought from beneath the hostel.
Faculty: Format is nice, and no additional fees are taken for the examination. Cameras are installed in every class, and the faculty is also nice, behaving well and very good to go with. The exams are not difficult. Anyone could pass with a bare minimum of study.
Other: The events here are crazy and so exciting. Every other thing is always happening. This year in Lakshya, we got Armaan Malik, and Red Bull is a sponsor, so we get regular events too.

Poornima University, all the truth is here in this review.
Placements: In my college, the placements are slightly above average, not as good as tier 1, but the B.Tech department is trying to place every student in any country, they keep trying until the students get placed. After all, it all depends on the student. One of the students from my branch got a package of 29 LPA, and one from cybersecurity got a package of 54.6 LPA. The average for my branch is around 5-6 LPA, so placements are good.
Infrastructure: There are old hostels which are good, but they have built new hostels H3 and H4, which are really good. Each room has an attached bathroom with AC and a geyser. All rooms are double sharing, each room has a 1000 unit for AC. Talking about the old hostel, they have the option of a fan and AC, which are average. Also, they offer single occupancy rooms too. Mess food is bad, which means it's eatable but not so good, so the food is below average. The hostel provides all the sports facilities, such as pickleball, basketball, volleyball, cricket, kabaddi, badminton, etc. Other services like Wi-Fi are also good.
Faculty: Talking about teachers, they are good, some teachers are awesome, but some are below average. Overall, we can say it's balanced. The course curriculum is relevant, and the procedure and structure are good. 4 types of exams occur in my university, CIE 1 ( unit test, 2 units), MSE (tough, next 2 units), CIE 2 ( assignment, last unit), ESE ( all 5 units mid-term). CIE 1, MSE, and CIE 2 contain 40 marks, and ESE has 60 marks. Total 100 marks.
Other: So Poornima University have many courses. My course is also good. Also, in my 2nd year, I am a part of the Students' Council, which is responsible for organising all the events and festivals in university. Poornima University have the biggest fest in the middle of February, which is Lakshay. Lakshay is the culture fest of Poornima University. Udgham is the first-year orientation. Pravaah is the tech fest ( I am the first coordinator of Pravaah, which means we started this legacy). Tejas ( hostel fest). Many department fests also happen in my university. Talking about scholarships, they provide scholarships on the basis of 12th standard.

The infrastructure is good, and teachers are friendly.
Placements: Currently, no one from my batch has been placed in any company or has been doing internships, because it's only been a year in this college, and we haven't been qualified for a job or internship. Maybe in the 2nd year, many students will get the chance to experience a corporate environment.
Infrastructure: I'm a day scholar, so I don't know about hostel infrastructure. The college infrastructure is very good. The campus is guarded and monitored by CCTV cameras. At the entrance, every person has to scan their face to enter. The classroom is also really good, there are projectors, CCTV cameras, air conditioning, and every student is allotted a separate computer connected to the internet. The library is quite small according to the population, and there is no air conditioning.
Faculty: Almost all teachers are good. They are always welcoming and ready to help students with studies, academic stuff and any other problem they might face. I don't think that all courses are relevant or make students industry-ready. We also have courses like Swachh Bharat, etc. Exams are quite easy.
Other: Students in this college worry a lot about their attendance, and most students come to college only to fulfil attendance criteria. I think that this should be changed. I myself was debarred in one subject, because I couldn't attend college, and even when I came, I was focused on attendance rather than studying. When a student comes to an educational institution, it should be of their own free will, not just for some degree, but to gain knowledge.

Balanced review of Poornima University B.Tech course.
Placements: I am from B.Tech AIML batch at Poornima University and around 70 to 80 percent of students got placed depending on skills and preparation. The top performers get the highest package of around 20 LPA to 25 LPA, the average package is around 4 LPA to 6 LPA, and the lowest package is around 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and Accenture. About 60-70 percent of students got internships mostly in start-ups and IT companies. The roles being offered are software developer, data analyst, AI/ML engineer, web developer, and system engineer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good for B.Tech courses especially AIML and CS. Classrooms have smart boards and projectors. Labs are well equipped with systems and required software. The campus has high-speed Wi-Fi and a central library with digital materials. Decent hostel facilities, clean rooms with basic furniture, and proper security. The mess food is average but bearable. Medical facilities are available and there are sports facilities like a cricket ground, basketball, and indoor games.
Faculty: The faculty is qualified and supportive and most of the teachers have a good knowledge. The teaching is good and some of it is practical and project-based. Curriculum is industry-relevant especially for AI/ML subjects like Python machine learning and data science, but students still need self-study for advanced skills. The exams are moderate and not very tough if you study well. The passing percentage is around 85 to 90 percent.
Other: I chose AIML because it is a future-oriented field with good demand in tech and data science. The best part is exposure to AI tools, coding, and real-world projects. Things that can improve are more industry exposure, better internships, and advanced labs. It is a good college if you focus on skills and self-learning.
