M.Tech. in Product Design and Development - Batch of 2026
Offered by School of Engineering, Presidency University, Bangalore
3.6
Very good college, good placements.
Placements: The students in their last year are eligible for the placement. The top companies visiting the campus for placement are SAP, Amazon, Wipro, etc. The roles offered are sales manager, data analyst, HR, etc. The percentage of students getting placed are 70%-80%. The average salary package provided is Rs 5 LPA, and the highest is Rs 10 LPA. My plans are to get placed in one of these top companies.
Infrastructure: The library is located on the first floor of the old academic block. The library is a whole world in itself, where we find many books and journals for our studies. We have proper amenities in the classrooms. The hostel facilities are very good. I share a room with two girls, in which we have an attached bathroom, a theatre, washing machines, etc. The hostel staff is very kind and cooperative. The food provided is excellent and hygienic. There are both non-veg and veg options.
Faculty: The course includes core subjects like Programming, Data structures, DBMS, Operating Systems and Web development from the early semester, which strongly influenced my decision. The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 1:25 to 1:30 in most sections. In lab classes, the ratio is usually better, around 1:15 to 1:20, which helps in better practical understanding. Overall, the faculty-student relationship is professional and supportive.

BBA LL.B. (Hons.) - Batch of 2024
Offered by School of Law, Presidency University, Bangalore
3.0
Good college with good placements.
Placements: They were fairly good. Since the first batch of law passed out in the current year, I had no idea about the placements and which companies visited the college for hiring students. However, placements for engineering students were quite good. I opted for two internships. One was at HOPO Foundation, which was an NGO, so the internship was unpaid. The second internship was at Fox and Mandal, Kolkata, where the stipend was Rs. 4000.
Infrastructure: Boys' and girls' hostels were separate. Girls were not allowed to step out of the hostel after 7 PM. The food was edible, although it was not very good. Rooms were spacious. The college provided options for both 2-sharing and 3-sharing rooms. Campus infrastructure was very good. There were two libraries and one auditorium with a seating capacity of 700 people. The cafeteria offered a wide range of menu options. The transportation facility of the college was very good. Wi-Fi was available all over the campus along with CCTV security.
Faculty: The course syllabus was well updated. Faculty members tried to encourage students to read current affairs. They also kept them updated about the changes taking place around them. Proper reading materials were provided by professors. It made easier for students to study.

M.B.A in Human Resource - Batch of 2025
Offered by School of Management, Presidency University, Bangalore
3.0
In my opinion, you should go for other options.
Placements: Placements were not very good, as many startup companies visited the campus mainly for the sake of placement records. In several cases, students got selected but later did not join those companies. Most MBA job opportunities were general roles and were not related to students’ specializations. For example, finance students were often placed in sales roles. Mostly, startup companies visited the campus, while only a few reputed companies came for recruitment, and many of them ultimately did not hire students from the campus.
Infrastructure: The library was large and well-maintained. Along with a wide range of books available for students. Smart classrooms were installed across the campus to support better learning. Students were given opportunities to participate in inter-college sports competitions. Hostel facilities were good, with both 2-seater and 3-seater rooms available. Wi-Fi connectivity was provided across the campus. Along with CCTV security for safety. Labs were spacious and equipped with apparatus commonly used in industries.
Faculty: The course structure was good. Everything was conducted in a systematic manner. Assignments were given regularly throughout the course. Semester exams were conducted every six months. Internal exams were also held every three months. Their marks were added to the overall academic scores.
Other: One of the best things I learned from college was interacting with new people. Also, improving my communication skills, especially in English. College had good and experienced teachers during my time there.

My overall experience in this college was a mix of both positive and negative.
Placements: Mostly 70 percent of students were placed in 2025. The highest package was 7 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA. Top companies were IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, and Accenture. Software engineer internship opportunities were also available for 60 to 70 percent of the students through the college platform or other support.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was well maintained throughout the course. The department had well-equipped labs and Wi-Fi. The library was one of the best facilities with a good collection of textbooks. Hostel facilities were decent and provided a good stay for students.
Faculty: The faculty in my course were very helpful and supportive. I would like to thank them. Lecturers explained concepts clearly. The curriculum was relevant for both theoretical and practical learning. Semester exams were moderately difficult, and passing was not very hard.

Very good infrastructure.
Placements: Maximum number of students get placed every year. The highest package is 14.5 LPA. Wipro, TCS, TVS, and Vedanta are top recruiters. Data Analysis and Manager roles are the top roles. The lowest package is 3.45 LPA, the highest is 6 LPA, and the average is 5.64 LPA overall.
Infrastructure: The college is well known for its vast area and eye-catching infrastructure. The Wi-Fi connection is also good. Hostel room facilities and food are safe. Hostel facilities are good and safe for everyone. Proper food, snacks, and washing machines are provided. It is away from the college, but bus facilities are available.
Faculty: Teaching is very good in the School of Commerce. Semester exams are not much difficult. They give training for industry readiness. The faculty are friendly and engaging. Classrooms are good, with proper facilities and no disturbance. It is a peaceful place to study.
Other: I chose this course because it gives me both technical and managerial knowledge. More practical training is needed. Fests are so good, every week we have some entertainment.

Good infrastructure and helpful teachers.
Placements: Only a few of the students were assigned to my senior classes. The jobs are with poor companies and pay very little. The university provides minimal internship support. Students in their second year are required to join one. Internships are only available during the two-month summer vacation and neither the duration nor the compensation is indicated.
Infrastructure: The only thing the college has going for it is its infrastructure. Park, sitting areas, sports grounds, cafeterias, and libraries are among the facilities. The cafe of the hostel delivers mediocre meals. A few clubs actively participate. There aren't many places to go in the vicinity of the organisation.
Faculty: Courses and exams are simple to learn with the right preparation. In order to avoid having to repeat the year and pay the fees again students must maintain a GPA of 4. Students must maintain 70 percent in each subject to be qualified to take the tests and attendance is closely checked.
