RIMT University in Gobindgarh, Punjab accepts various entrance exam scores for admission to BTech. The university also accepts NATA/JEE Main scores for admission to BArch. The selection of students in BTechis done through LEET counseling. College fees for B.Tech is 1.11 Lacs (for 1 st year), B.Sc is 1.04 Lacs (for 1st year), MBA is 1.02 Lacs (1st year fees), Diploma -1.34 Lacs (1st year).

The RIMT university's placement cell is said to be cooperative and has a decent placement rate. Further, the university claimed that it has recorded 100% placements during the recent placement drive.
