The Royal Global University offers Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), doctoral, certification and Diploma courses. The university provides admissions for over 127 programmes with different specializations based on merit and entrance exam.

The university offers 2-seater, 3-seater, 4-seater, 5-seater hostels and dormitories. The annual fees for various hostels range between INR 1.2 Lacs and INR 2.4 lakh. Candidates willing to take admission to Royal Global University for BTech must start with checking their eligibility for admission. If the candidates are eligible as per the preset RGU Guwahati BTech eligibility criteria, they must visit the university's official website to apply online. The university acknowledges the recieved application within 24 hours. The university shortlists eligible applicants based on their JEE/CEE/Royal JEE score. Shortlisted applicants are called for a personal interview. The final selection is based on the applicants' overall performance in the entrance exam and the personal interview. Admission offer letters are offered to selected candidates based on their overall performance in the last qualified exam and the personal interview. Yes, Royal Global University provides placement assistance to students pursuing DPharm at the university. The university's Royal Centre for Corporate Relations (RCCR) maintains links with various local and national-level recruiters, such as hospitals, community pharmacies, manaufacturing organisations, etc. to provide placement opportunities to DPharm students. The RCCR also facilitates internships for students in various government, semi-government and private oraganisations. Further, students are also provided placement training and pre-placement talks to prepare them for the placement process.
