Candidates can secure a direct admission by qualifying few easy steps of the eligibility criteria. Sandip University considers merit and entrance results to provide admission for any programme. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 from a recognised board such as PUC/ ISC/ CBSE or equivalent to seek admission in any of the UG- level programme. Furthermore, to gain admission in PG-level programme, candidates must obtain 50% aggregate in graduation. Courses such as BTech and MBA consider valid scores for the admission, besides merit. Sandip University, Madhubani fee structure entails several components such as tuition fees, hostel fees, medical insurance, mess fees and other security deposits. The University offers BSc, BTech, MBA, PhD and more, within the range of INR 22 K to INR 5.6 Lacs of total tuition fees. Some components are covered in one-time fees and some are covered in semester-wise fees that are to be paid during and after admission to any course.

Sandip University offers B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering. The duration of the B.Tech courses is 3 to 4 years. Sandip University Madhubani offers an annual intake of 300 seats for all the specialisation of BTech combined. The University offers an annual intake of 60 for BTech in Mechanical, Civil and Electrical, individually. Apart from this, it offers 120 seats for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering.
