After receiving duly signed admission cancellation request letter from the candidate as per schedule published by the Sanjay Ghodawat University, the University shall cancel the admission immediately. The refund of fees on or before cut-off date of admission declared by the Sanjay Ghodawat University, shall be made within two days i.e. total fee minus the processing charges of Rs.1,000/-, or refund rule shall be as per the guidelines of the appropriate authorities or the State Government, as the case may be. If the admission is cancelled after the cut-off date of the admission declared by the Sanjay Ghodawat University, there shall be no refund except the Security Deposit and Caution Money Deposit.

Sanjay Ghodawat University was established as a State Private University in the year 2017. Previously it was Sanjay Ghodawat Insitutes formed in the year 2009 by the Chairman of SG Group, Sanjay Ghodawat. The Institute had received NAAC A grade and also its programs were accredited by NBA and after this the natural progression was the evolvement of Sanjay Ghodawat University.
The School of Commerce and Management, SGU was recognised as Top Emerging B School by Times B School Survey 2020. School of Technology, SGU Ranked 4th in Top Emerging Engineering Institutes of the Nation, 9th in Placement Category and 2nd in Research Capabilities by Times Ranking 2020.

- Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Candidates must have a valid JEE Main score.
- Candidates must be below the age of 22 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Hello Indrani Tyagi, Sanjay Ghodawat University or SGU at Kolhapur is a deemed to be university. It offers varities of courses. In the sphere of Pharmacy, it offers Diploma and degree both. Intake capacity ov it's Diploma course is 60 while intake capacity of its B Pharma course is 100.
