A good option for students facing difficulties in securing a seat in a government college.
Placements: The highest package offered this year is 46 LPA. The median package of this course is 6 LPA, which means 50 percent of students placed get more than or equal to 6 LPA. Myntra, Flipkart, Microsoft, Dell, etc., offer a good salary. You become eligible after the 2nd year to sit for the interview. For internship programs, many companies take students from the 3rd year and provide them with an internship offer.
Infrastructure: There are several buildings for several departments. A complete building for sports, canteen, academics, etc., is available. Good facilities are there for sports person. There are two football grounds, two cricket playing areas, a badminton court, basketball court, kabaddi, kho-kho court, table tennis area, etc. There are medical facilities provided free of cost by the college.
Faculty: The curriculum of the course is based totally on industry expectations. They provide all the necessary skills required to get a job at least. Teaching quality is average, but teachers are helpful. Semester exams are of standard level, it is not difficult to secure a good CGPA if you are regular.

Overall, it is a good choice in Bhubaneswar.
Placements: About 80% to 90% of students get placed. Big Four companies come to our campus. The highest package offered to the previous batch is 12 LPA, while the lowest package is around 3-4 LPA. Almost 100% of students get internship opportunities. I got my internship opportunity through SOA at ITC, and it is a good experience.
Infrastructure: I am a hometown student, so I do not stay in the hostel and do not know much about the hostel culture. However, the hostel rooms and campus are pretty good. Boys' and girls' hostels are separate, which is a plus point. According to hostel students, the food is not very good in taste.
Faculty: Exams are conducted with very strict rules. Since SOA is an autonomous university, it does not depend on other universities to conduct examinations. The exams are conducted according to the curriculum, which is a good thing for students. This is my overall experience.
Other: SOA University conducts different types of fests, functions, and market fairs, so the campus is quite entertaining.

Knowledgeable teachers and good infrastructure.
Placements: There were fewer placements. It was more research and PhD focused. The packages offered were 2 LPA-3 LPA. Recruiting companies were Accenture, Glenmark, and Federal Bank. Last semester, we did a research project under an assigned teacher. Roles offered were research analyst, R&D scientist, QA or QC analyst, government scientist, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was good overall. There were AC classrooms, labs with enough space, and a huge library. I never lived in hostels but what I heard through students was that hostel facilities were decent. The food was not good. There were separate hostels for different courses.
Faculty: The faculty were qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was decent. The course curriculum was very relevant and it made the students industry-ready if they had a grasp of the concepts. Semester exams were not that difficult but there were no gaps in between each subject so that was an issue.
Other: I chose this course in order to acquire a better job in my field. I wish there was more time in between exams. Events and fests were for engineering students. We had our Saraswati puja celebration.

Great facilities, good competition among students to enhance your skills, and good infrastructure.
Placements: Well, generally it varies, like if you're a studyholic, then you need to achieve 9 CGPA to get the best internship. Generally, I secured a 7 CGPA. The highest package can go up to 60k, and if you're lucky, then you can secure 70k too, and the lowest is 20k. TCS requires 70% above in Back-ends.
Infrastructure: Well, facilities are pretty good. We promote many different activities to participate in and a variety of clubs to join. The infrastructure is also pretty good, and overall, we have smart classes and many games to promote a healthy life. Well, I didn't go to the hostel.
Faculty: Well, the teachers are indeed helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Many of them have different teaching techniques, but in the end, they will help you clear all your doubts. If you're interested in the coding industry, then these courses will help you. Pretty hard though, and the passing percentage is 25%.
Other: I chose B.Tech, and I love Front-end coding. Well, events are generally held on specific occasions, and the scholarship is pretty good here.

All things of the university are good. I personally suggest doing the MBA at our university.
Placements: 70-80% of students get placed. The highest package offered is 14 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. Many students get placed in good companies. The placement cell of our university is very good and helpful. Students who get in touch with the placement cell and sit in placements get a placement certainty.
Infrastructure: Our college has good and amazing facilities. The hostel and mess food are very good. They use less oil and ingredients for a healthy life. The hostel provides water filters, washing machines, Wi-Fi, personal shelves, and security with bike and car parking. All-time warden support and lift are also available.
Faculty: Our college has very good teachers. The management is at the top. They are friendly with the students. They encourage students in their lives and help in all activities and fests that are officially held in the university. They help with the assignments, group discussions, and presentations for better communication.

Overall, a good college with average placements and facilities.
Placements: Placements at Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (ITER), Bhubaneswar, for CSIT are decent but depend a lot on individual skills. Since I am currently in my 2nd year, based on seniors' experience, around 70-80% of students get placed. The highest package goes up to around 20-30 LPA in top companies, while the average package is around 4-6 LPA, and the lowest is around 2.5-3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at ITER, SOA is quite good with well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, decent Wi-Fi, and a good library for study. Hostels are clean and safe, though rooms can feel a bit crowded. The mess food is average, not great, but manageable. Sports and medical facilities are available, so overall campus facilities are satisfactory.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and mostly well-qualified, and the teaching quality is decent. The curriculum covers important concepts, but you need extra self-learning to be industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and passing is not very hard if you study regularly.
Other: I chose CSIT because I am interested in the tech field and software development. The best part of the course is that it gives good exposure to coding, projects, and basic industry concepts.

On-campus hostel rooms at KIIT and SOA typically cost INR 40,000-90,000 a year, including meals in most cases. Private PGs near these campuses range from INR 6,000-10,000 a month, depending on sharing and facilities. On-campus hostels are usually the safer and more convenient option for first-year s
