The best decision of my life I had taken for myself.
Placements: Almost the complete batch was placed. The highest package was more than 20 LPA, and the lowest was around 8 LPA. The average was around 15 LPA. Top companies were AbInbev, ITC, Wells Fargo, and JPMorgan. Almost everyone got an internship, and the most sought-after roles were marketing and product manager.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were amazing with Wi-Fi, smart boards, and AC. We had Bloomberg terminals, too. It was very helpful in our learning. Our hostel was amazing too, with really good food. We had all the possible sports courts available to us. The sports culture at KJSIM is really good.
Faculty: There is a very interactive learning in class with the help of case studies and live examples. Hands-on experience on major topics. Presentations were a crucial part of the learning. The exams were not very difficult. All the students were industry-ready when we graduated.
Other: I chose KJSIM for its vast history and name in the industry. Everything was on point during my 2 years there. Best decision of my life. Best investment too.

It is an average college for doing statistics.
Placements: Students from the department of M.Sc. Statistics got hire in various sectors like analytics, marketing and banking. Fractal Analytics, MU Sigma, Wipro are consistent recruiters from the college of S K Somaiya College. The highest pay would be 6.2 LPA for our department.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are fully ventilated and spacious to hold the overall capacity of the students in speaking situations, especially during the organisation of some events. I'm satisfied with the food systems arranged in our college hostel as well as in the college canteen, which were handled by professional contractors.
Faculty: Higher authorities consequently hire experienced professors, but in our departments teachers are less experienced while compared to other departments. Sometimes the quality of their teaching requires improvisation and need to discuss the concepts from the basic.

Mesmerized by the campus, disappointed by the faculty members.
Placements: No placement was given to previous students and there will be no placement for this year's students because there is no placement cell for B.Sc. students. Placements are only for masters students which is also very difficult to get and most of the time they don't get it.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-ventilated. There are smart classes with Wi-Fi. The library has 98% of books that are recommended by the professors. The food in the mess is very good. They have a good variety of food. The canteen is expensive. There is a medical facility which is average.
Faculty: Not all teachers are good. They are extremely qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready to some extent. Exams are medium as per me. The passing marks is more than 70%.
Other: I love medical biology and microorganisms and this course lets me study these aspects. This course lets you study a variety of things that you use in your daily life and can change your perspective of your surrounding things. The changes I would like in this course are the hectic schedule and not enough breaks. In a year only one event is conducted from the biotechnology department, but there are many fests from different departments.

Placements: The highest payroll issued to the placed candidates was 17.5 LPA. Based on the skills and knowledge gained through placement training, students were placed in various designations. For entry-level positions, the salary ranged between 3 to 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus was secure, and there was a healthy connection between the students. Student counsellors were appointed to provide guidance on academics, placement pressure, and other issues. The canteen area was spacious, neat, and clean, ensuring a hygienic environment.
Faculty: Considering the syllabus difficulty, frequent exams were conducted with different sets of questions. Questions were also borrowed from other institutions and sometimes twisted and modified before being given to the students. With such practice sessions, passing the main exams became much easier.

Placements: Around 40% of students got placed by our college. The highest package offered is around 8.50 LPA and the average package is 4 LPA. Companies that visit S K Somaiya College are TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Hexaware, etc. Top roles offered at S K Somaiya College are business analyst, consultant, and research analyst.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are available for our course like digital monitor, AC classes, projector, LAN Wi-Fi, library, etc. Somaiya is well known for its sports. Our college has a separate building for sports and several courts like a football ground, basketball court, volleyball court, etc. Food is overall good but sometimes you will miss your home food, Somaiya trust also has its own hospital outside campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very kind, and helpful, and have excellent command over subjects which helps students in a better understanding of topics. The course curriculum is very much relevant as I completed my internship and the main thing that I learned in class applied there. Semester exams are easy to moderate level but you have to study for that.
Other: I always wanted to pursue a career in management. I got an offer letter from this college and I accepted the best thing about my course is that it gives you theoretical knowledge of the things which are required in companies where you will be placed after graduation so in my internship I get to know more about the things which I learned in class. I don't think for any improvement in that course everything is just fine, several events are being conducted by several clubs of college and so many students come and enjoy, several scholarships are also offered by college like need and merit B.Ed, etc.

Great college with great opportunities.
Placements: About 20-30% of students who had opted for placements got selected. The highest package was for 12 LPA, and the average is about 5 LPA, with the minimum being 3 LPA. Companies like TCS, Mahindra, and Cognizant come. All students have opportunities to apply for internships, but it is on the students whether they apply or not, and most of the ones applying get the internship (paid or unpaid).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and the four libraries on the campus are also the best in class. The hostel, from what I heard, is a bit costly but is good for the price. The mess and canteen food are also delicious, but sometimes a bit oily. Medical facilities are also available, and we have big grounds and a dedicated sports complex.
Faculty: The faculty are very helpful and knowledgeable. The courses are also very future-proof. We are also given projects from the first year to the last year to develop our skills. The semester exams' difficulty, I would say, is above average—not too difficult but also not easy.
Other: The course is good, and it has special subjects like cybersecurity and data science included in it. I would personally prefer some more hands-on learning, though. The events and fests are okay. There are many opportunities for scholarships and extracurricular activities. The alumni are also very friendly and helpful.

KJ Somaiya Institute of Management is comparatively expensive as other institute. The MBA fee structure at KJSIM is INR 13.48 lakh- INR 23.45 lakh. The fee structure includes tuition fee, caution fee, security deposit, hostel fee, etc.
