Review of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University.
Placements: The placement provided to our batch is almost zero. No student got an internship or job through the college. There was no placement cell. No company came to the college for placements, but one of the reasons for this is, journalism recruiters do not conduct interviews on this level as all the newspaper and TV channels (news) have their institutes.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. The lab was average. No Wi-Fi facility is provided on the campus. The library was good but only for Hindi medium students. Medical facilities were available as our university is famous for MBBS and hospital. I don't know about the hostel as I didn't live there.
Faculty: The faculty members are supportive and qualified but not much knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was not high. I got to know about the work procedure in the industry, but that was not strict. The course curriculum was more theoretical. It should be more practical.
Other: The events were organised in the university level. The scholarship was provided to the students of SC and ST castes for sure, and OBC students may get it by luck.
