Overall, it is great, and I am truly satisfied.
Placements: Around 100% of students get placed since this is the first batch of the new branch graduating this year. The college has recorded successful placements. The highest package is 18 LPA. The department is very supportive. The roles offered are generally in automation.
Infrastructure: The food is average, but the infrastructure and other facilities like the gym, swimming pool, library, Wi-Fi, and security are really good. The hospital nearby is affordable, and Symbiosis provides free medicine to students. There are plenty of sports on campus. Students can participate in any activity they want.
Faculty: The college has top-notch, and highly qualified teachers. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. They have excellent knowledge. A letter of recommendation from them is valuable for admission to any major university. This institution is globally recognized. The guidance from these teachers helps students become industry-ready in their final year.
Other: This is the best college. The college life here is unmatched, at least compared to any other technical institution.

Placements: The placements are good, with an average package of 11 LPA. The companies that come for summer internship opportunities and placements provide opportunities for various roles in the BFSI sector. Companies like Crisil, JP Morgan, and BNY also recruit from the college.
Infrastructure: The campus life is amazing. The large 300-acre campus encompasses many sports facilities and other amenities as well. The campus has a large full-size cricket ground, a couple of basketball and tennis courts, football turfs, natural grass grounds, and a fully functioning gym for the students. The central library is a great location for studies and occasional reading.
Faculty: The curriculum of SSBF is well made. The course, being a niche, offers specialized subjects related to the Banking and Finance sector like financial services, financial management, derivatives market, etc. The college also has a Bloomberg lab and courses that enable students to learn from industry experts.

It was a great experience ongoing.
Placements: The curriculum is designed to provide a strong foundation in financial management and banking operations while also incorporating data-driven decision-making skills. The placement record has been highly encouraging, with all students getting jobs with an average CTC of 11 LPA. The highest CTC offered was around 21 LPA, and top recruiting companies are from investment banking, financial services and the core banking domain.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel facility provided by Symbiosis are very good. People from different institutes of the hilltop campus share the same hostel, and the amenities available at the hostel are on par with nothing to worry about, and the mess quality of food is fine.
Faculty: Talking about the faculty of this institute is well aligned with the curriculum designed and the exposure we should be having from their industrial exposure and the research that they have done throughout these years, making this the right place to be for our further studies.

No, Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development does not offer direct admissions. Students must clear the selection rounds to get admission in the institute. For MBA admissions, students are selected based on SNAP + GEPI basis.
