The college is very strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) at Lucknow University. The requirements include:

Alternatively, the candidate should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with 45% marks and have studied physical education as a compulsory/elective subject.Physical Fitness Test: The candidate needs to pass a physical fitness test which includes shuttle run, 50 mts run, sit-ups, and 600 mts run.Game Proficiency Test: The candidate needs to pass a game proficiency test in the concerned game, which will be evaluated by a board of experts.Interview: The candidate needs to clear an interview, which will be conducted by the university.
The admission process involves a written test, physical fitness test, game proficiency test, sports achievement, and an interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in these tests. The university has a strict policy regarding reservations, and the candidate needs to fulfill the eligibility criteria to be considered for admission.

To seek direct admission for the B.Com. in National Education Policy (NEP) course at Lucknow University,
- The student should have been enrolled in a university or HEI having a NAAC grade of A+ and above/equivalent.
- The student should have been enrolled in a Four-year undergraduate program.
- The student should have a minimum of 20 credits per semester as defined by UGC.
- The student's credits should be mapped on the Academic Bank of Credits.
- The student should furnish a character certificate and personal affidavit regarding no enquiries pending or disciplinary action pending or instituted against him/her at the time of admission.

Yes, there are additional charges over and above the course fee for Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at Lucknow University. These include:
- Rs. 5000 as refundable caution money
- Rs. 1000 as non-refundable enrollment fee

The Lucknow University offers admission to the B.Tech. in Civil Engineering course based on the candidate's performance in the entrance examination (such as JEE-2023) conducted by a recognised institution/body, and the candidate must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in the subjects taken together from U.P. Board, C.B.S.E., or any recognised board.

For reserved category students, the admission criteria for Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Lucknow is as follows:
- Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates must secure at least 55% marks in their Intermediate or equivalent examination.
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates must secure at least 55% marks in their Intermediate or equivalent examination.

For General and Other Backward Classes candidates, Intermediate or equivalent examination must secure at least 60% of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes minimum number of marks obtained should be 55% based on total marks of all subjects.

A candidate will be eligible for Admission to the MBA programs if he/she has completed graduation in any stream with 10+2+3 system from any University recognized by University Grants Commission. The candidate should also have secured a minimum 50% of marks at graduate level. However, for SC/ST candidates minimum pass percentage of marks at graduate level will be 45%.
