To get a seat in the BBA LLB (Hons) programme, students must first check the course-specific minimum eligibility requirements. The eligible students can apply for the ULSAT exam. This entrance test is conducted by the university and is accepted for law course admission as well. Moreover, the aspirants can also apply for admission with a valid score of CLAT/LSAT as well, however, the score must meet the university requirements. Candidates with at least 75% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 are also exempted from ULSAT. The law school further may release a merit list or inform selected candidates. After final selection, the candidates can pay the admission fee amount to confirm their seat.

In case a withdrawal application is made after the commencement of classes, fees will be refunded after a deduction along with a deduction of INR 1000 towards processing charges. The fee shall be refunded within 90 days of the start of the academic session if the refund application is submitted before the start of the session.
