Good infrastructure, overcrowded for B.Tech students, and placement is average.

Faculty: Most teachers are helpful but some are not so good and helpful. Teachers are knowledgeable but sometimes they lack somewhere either in the course or to understand the students. The course curriculum is good like they don't have unnecessary subjects and topics. Semester exams are not so difficult to pass but a little bit of hard work is required.

So basically, if you are willing to have good placements and be successful.

Faculty: Teachers are really working hard to help us understand concepts by being strict, which I really appreciate now as a mature student. Many extracurricular activities are also there, for example, I am an applied petroleum student, so I participated in course-related clubs that include quizzes directly connected to my course and help me with my academics. However, the semester exams are not that tough to pass, if you study well and keep up with the teacher, then there’s no reason to be stressed abou...

A Summary of Hyped-Up College UPES.

Faculty: The curriculum is okay, but the faculty is not that good. All the teachers I have do not have much experience and knowledge of the subject, which is really bad compared to the tons of money we are spending for quality education. The semester subjects are okay, but the syllabus seems useless and comes of no use in the future.

Industry-focused curriculum with great campus life.

Faculty: Teachers at UPES are really helpful and knowledgeable. The courses are industry-focused, so you feel prepared for real jobs. Exams are not too tough if you study regularly, and most students (90%+) pass without much stress. Faculty at UPES are generally seen as helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable.

UPES 2025 updated information, all about infrastructure, placements, facilities, hostel, etc.

Faculty: UPES has a highly qualified faculty. Faculty have a great knowledge of the subjects, and they actually guide everything and are always available for help. UPES has one of the most advanced curricula compared to most universities. Semester exams are tough to clear as they have a moderate level, but students generally pass.

Total waste of money may be good at 1 time, but it is very crowded.

Faculty: Some faculty members are top-level, and studying under them gives the feel of studying in an IIT or a foreign country. However, many new faculty members lack teaching experience and subject knowledge. The curriculum is also not up to industry standards and mostly focuses on unused theory, with less project work and practical implementation.

Great campus, creative vibe.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and experienced, and the teaching quality is good with a practical focus. The course is industry relevant and updated. Exams are moderate in difficulty, and most students pass with consistent efforts. Specifically for design, we don't have written exams, rather interaction-based ones, called the jury.

Well-built campus providing you the best experience of what college life means.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and from various top institutions like NID, NIFT, and many more. Around 10-20 faculty members are from the design field in this college. They are open to doubts and clarifications and provide personal mentorship if needed. Students are well-trained to fit industrial standards. Exams are of average difficulty if studied properly, and the pass percentage is 60-65%.

Creative campus with supportive faculty and growing opportunities in animation.

Faculty: Most teachers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially in animation and design subjects. Some teach well, while a few are just okay. The curriculum is mostly good and covers both basic and advanced topics, including industry software. It could be updated a bit more for real-world trends, but it helps make you job-ready if you put in effort. Semester exams are not too hard if you attend classes and complete assignments. The pass percentage is high, around 90% or more. If you work regu...

A good college for a person seeking a nice social life with good studies.

Faculty: Faculty members are good and helpful. Of course, some teachers are there just to give marks and complete their semester classes. Curriculum is very structured and organized in comparison to other colleges. I personally feel the semester exams are easy and manageable.

Beautiful college with good placement.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. Curriculum is excellent. From the first day I entered, I was worried about the subjects like in some colleges, the subjects are not much related to the stream chosen which may affect placements. We have computer subjects from the first year. We have average teachers for first year and some good senior faculty members for the other 3 years.

Everything is good about this college; what life teaches you.

Faculty: Experienced faculty members are very good, but new faculty still need to understand how to teach college students. The course curriculum is good; it helps us understand concepts very well and prepares us for cooperative life. They have open-book examinations in the mid-semester, which include theoretical questions, and close-book exams at the end of the semester, where questions can be asked from anywhere. It is a bit challenging.

UPES review college life and placements.

Faculty: Nice course structure, all the courses are only relevant or irrelevant courses like chemistry is not a submit for computer science students because it would not make sense. So, good course structure overall. Exams are tough for someone and easy for someone else.

It is the best B.Teach college in Uttarakhand.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is excellent, and they teach us in a friendly manner so that weak students can also understand. The course curriculum is relevant, which makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite easy.
