Placements at DiST School of management give students the opportunity to gain skills specific to their subject or industry of choice as well as the employability skills required for real-life work. It also increases their knowledge of an industry or sector, allowing them to make better informed decisions about future career choices. From the student perspective, high quality placements can bring a range of benefits and positive impacts. There is strong evidence to suggest that placements and work experience are extremely valuable to students, both in terms of their academic performance and their employability skills.From the second last semester placements will be for the students. The main companies coming are WIPRO, TCS, SUTHERLAND, HCL. The average package of salary is 15000 and the highest package is 40000. Arround 50 percentage of students getting the placement. My plans after the degree is to run my own company.The students are provided with many interships and job opportunities Dist have contacts with many mainstream companies and studios, about 85% from each batch have chances of getting a job Students with a good output gets a job for sure from interships.Placement programs are conducted in my college every year. Students who are Going on with good results can simply attend the placement programs and can place at good companies. Anyway, teachers are helpful for the placement programs they help a lot from the 1st semester itself.
