Boring, miserable, and too much boring.
Placements: Around 40-50% of students are placed. The highest package can go upto 10 LPA-11 LPA. The lowest is around 3.5 LPA. Qspider is the top recruiting company for my course. Around 30-40% of students got internships directly from our college. Scholar trainee is the top role offered in my course.
Infrastructure: All the basic facilities are available in classrooms such as ceiling fan, ceiling LED light, good quality bench-desks, projectors, etc. Labs also have a good number of working computers with Wi-Fi. Facilities in the hostel are also top-notch. The food served there is of poor quality and tastes horrible, and lacks protein rich food. The cleanliness and hygiene of food is also a problem, sometimes bugs/insects are found in the food. Whereas college canteen food is decent, not too much options there but taste is decent. Sports and games are a rare sight at this college, even though there is a cricket ground.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. But some of them are poorly knowledgeable about their course. Only some of the teachers are helpful otherwise, all of them talk rudely to students without any reason, especially HOD/vice chancellor. Curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready decently. Semester exams are easy compared to other colleges that I have seen. Passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because my parents told me to do so, and I also had nothing else on my mind then. Behaviour of the teaching faculty should be improved, especially teachers/faculty in higher positions. Events and fests are a rare sight. I am in 3rd year and only one fest happened and 1,2 events. Campus crowd is boring and has no campus life. Road connectivity to the college is good, and there is a bus service provided by the college at a reasonable cost. Campus is located in a very remote village almost 20 KM from the main city centre. Campus surroundings are peaceful but miserable and lack grocery stores/restaurants and basic necessities. There are two scholarships available, both for Jharkhand students. There are no extracurricular activities at this college.

Everything is good on the campus.
Placements: Everything is good and going smoothly because we have supportive staff members in the training and placement department. They help us and support our needs, and also guide students in their own careers and tech. They also guide on placements.
Infrastructure: All things on the campus are good. The conditions of the campus are good.
Faculty: All staff members of my college and the examination department are really good. They help and support students. If students face any problem, then they really help them in a good manner. They are always ready to help us. They are really very kind. All staff members, both teaching and non-teaching staff members, are very good. They always tell students to focus on their career and tech.
Other: I chose this course because it is really good. There should be more productivity in the computing and information technology department.

Good for placements and a good infrastructure with all facilities.
Placements: 80% of students got placed. The highest package is 10 LPA and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. Internship opportunities at my college are also good. All batch gets good internship opportunities in all fields for their future benefits and if they do great in internships they get an offer for a permanent job.
Infrastructure: Given all facilities Wi-Fi, labs, library, and washing machines are available. The quality of the food in canteen is also good. Medical support is also available 24/7, with extracurricular activities on campus like in-ground gym, basketball, badminton courts, volleyball and a great ground for cricket lovers.
Faculty: All teachers are cooperative with students and they are all qualified and knowledgeable. All curriculum is relevant. Pass percentage is also good. There are practical sessions also and teachers give extra classes for students who are weak in their studies.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Batch of 2027

Good placement support and practical learning, but curriculum and activities need upgrades.
Placements: Currently pursuing a BCA from Usha Martin University, I’ve found the placement opportunities to be quite promising. Around 70 to 80% of students from our course are placed through campus drives. The highest package offered so far has gone up to 10 LPA, while the average package ranges between 3.5 to 4 LPA. Most of my seniors received packages around 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: As a BCA student at Usha Martin University, I’d say the facilities and infrastructure for our course are quite decent. Our department has well-equipped computer labs with updated systems and internet access. There’s Wi-Fi available across the campus, including in the labs and library, which helps a lot during assignments or project work. The classrooms are spacious and have projectors for smart learning sessions. The university library is also a good resource. It has a wide range of books, journals, and e-resources that we can access for academic use.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in the BCA department at Usha Martin University are quite helpful and approachable. They are well-qualified, with many holding postgraduate or doctoral degrees in their subjects. They’re knowledgeable and usually explain concepts clearly, especially during practical sessions. If we have doubts, they’re open to helping outside class hours too, which I appreciate.
Other: I chose the BCA course at Usha Martin University because I’ve always been interested in technology and wanted to build a career in the IT field. BCA felt like the right choice to start learning about programming, software development, and computer applications in a structured way. Also, the course opens up multiple paths, whether you want to go for higher studies like MCA/MBA or start working right after graduation.

Teachers are well-qualified and also knowledgeable.
Placements: 60-70% of students were placed in good companies, getting jobs ranging from 3.5 LPA to 10 LPA, including Tata, Airtel, Tech Mahindra, Reliance, and others. Almost 80% of students also got internships, mostly with IT companies like Q Spider, Pentagon Space, etc. MBA, BBA, Pharmacy, LL.B., and many more were good courses.
Infrastructure: Almost all facilities were available, like systems, boards, and AC in the labs, and everything was good in the classrooms with smart boards. In the libraries, almost all books were available. The food quality in the hostel was good, and the taste was also not bad. Sports and medical facilities were also available in our hostel.
Faculty: Teachers were obviously helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was also good. If students wanted to study, they could. Semester exams were not so tough, but security during exam time was strict. The passing percentage was more than 40%.
Other: BCA was good for a professional job, and that’s the reason I chose it.

Hey, I am Rishav Raj, and I am grateful to write a review about our college.
Placements: Companies come to our college for internships. The highest package is 40 LPA, and the lowest package is 2-3 LPA. In our college, various faculty members are available and helpful to students. The campus is like heaven.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructures are best in our college. Hostel and other things provided. Many types of things that can help to increase more students, and have various types of activities like football stadium also there in our college. The name is Amitabh Choudhary Stadium.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our college. Some teachers have completed their highest degrees and come to our college to provide us with knowledge and faith. Semester exams are not very difficult, but sometimes it happens that, we are totally busy.
Other: Engineering is good.
