I'm satisfied because of the good faculty, good placement, strict rules and discipline.

Placements: I'm in my 3rd year, so no one, I guess, has been placed till now. But my seniors of 4th year, 2 of my known are placed in top companies like Wipro, but our college does provide 100 percent placement. Almost every student got an internship. In my first year, I got my first internship, and now in 3rd year, I'm getting projects and an internship too.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in hostels. There is a gym too, and games available. The mess food is average. There is a 24/7 hospital near the hostels. Inside the campus, security is good. Students are not satisfied with the mess, as I have heard from them, but it is not bad either.

Faculty: The invigilators and teachers are helpful, and they also engage students in extracurricular activities and programmes so the students can be industry-ready. Teachers share their experience, which helps us a lot, and they also provide us with study material and books.

Other: I'm a B.Tech CSE student. When I was young, I loved learning about how games were made, and then my interest in coding increased. I think the college should introduce clubs and other activities. Also, they should give more exposure to the students in sports, as I'm also a national-level table tennis player and do want to do something in my sport.

It is a very good college to gain knowledge, and the faculty is also supportive.

Placements: 60 percent of students are selected in my college, many companies come there for placement, like Taj, Oberoi, Marriotts, and Hyatt Regency. Here, the students get placed in good companies, and all the students go here for training. This college is a good college for hotel management.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is also very good. There is a library for children to study, there are computer labs, and there are also hotel-like rooms where students can practice. There is a very good environment here for studies.

Faculty: They are extremely qualified and knowledgeable. Most hold Ph.D. degrees from top universities. The nature of the teachers here is also very good, and they have a lot of knowledge about the students. The teachers here have semester exams in this college, and they are easy to conduct, and there is not much difficulty in passing them. Minimum percentage is 40. The faculty members here are also worth it.

Placements: I am a B. Tech, Computer Science student, batch 2023–2027. Our course focuses on core CS fundamentals, programming, software development, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and emerging technologies. The college brings companies that provide an average package of 15–30 LPA. Some of the major companies that recruit from our course include Infosys, TCS, Accenture, and HCL. The top roles offered in our course include software developer, Java developer, and full-stack developer. Along with a frontend developer, backend developer, DevOps engineer, cloud support associate, and data analyst.

Infrastructure: The Computer Science and Engineering department has a modern and well equipped learning environment. It is designed to support academic and practical learning. The key facilities include spacious and ventilated classrooms with digital projectors and smart boards. It has a comfortable seating arrangements suitable for long sessions. Regular power backup for uninterrupted teaching. Computer labs for AI and machine learning. Along with database management, network security, and programming.

Faculty: The CSE department has a team of qualified and experienced faculty members. They specialize in several areas of computer science (professors with M.Tech/Ph.D. and strong research backgrounds). Placements: Placement at JB Institute of Technology is good, and only skilled students get placed. However, fewer core companies visit the campus. This session, around 40 percent of students were placed. The institute reports that over 83 percent of students who sought jobs are successfully placed. The highest salary package reported is 11 LPA, and according to older data, the highest package is 9.2 LPA.

Infrastructure: The campus has well-equipped classrooms with smart boards and audio-visual systems. There are modern laboratories for CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and Applied Sciences. High-speed campus Wi-Fi is available in all academic blocks. The computer labs are advanced, with updated systems, programming tools, and 24/7 internet access. Infrastructure: Facilities are quite good. Professionally trained faculty provide quality education and circular activities. Internet Speed Wi-Fi & Mobile Data is very average. Overall the infrastructure needs upgrades some minor painting and cleaning. Classrooms need to be upgraded. Canteen food needs upgrade.

College is really good, too low budget.

Placements: Placement is a little good this year, 30 per cent placement done. Other companies are coming for placement offers this year. The highest package is 11 LPA. Placement is not good, but satisfaction, the college is trying to make it good for placement. The college provides an open campus.

Infrastructure: Our college has around 60 classrooms, with about 50 of them equipped with audio, visual, and smart class capabilities. Room types, Triple/double/ sharing configuration. Rooms furnished with a bed, study table, chair, and almirah. Hostel fees are approximately 70,000 per year (including mess & laundry) as per recent data.

Faculty: The faculty base appears decent across departments, but as with many colleges, individual experience may vary by department/semester. JBIT offers engineering (B.Tech) in several branches, CSE, AI & ML, ECE, EE, Mechanical, and Civil. Exams are taken regularly after 2 months in each semester, and there are 2 or 3 internal exams taken.

Other: College is budget-friendly.
