Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University Admission 2025: Application process, Eligibility, Courses, Fees

Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University admission process offers only an online application facility through UUCMS portal. UG programme has a seat intake of 50 seats each year. PG programme has a seat intake of 15 seats each year. Each of these seats are filled on merit basis with reference to Class 12 scores for UG and UG/KPGCET scores for PG.

Step 1: Registration

Students must first visit the official portal of the university: https://uucms.karnataka.gov.in/Login/Index. Hereafter, they must click on ‘Student’ > ‘New Candidate Registration’. He/ she must fill all the details required and then save and submit after filling the captcha. Student’s user ID will be created.

Step 2: Login credentials

After registration, student is required to visit www.vskub.ac.in and click on ‘Admission 2025-26’ that leads him/her to the admission portal. Hereafter, student needs to register again using his/her personal mobile number. The OTP received has to be entered along with name, Date of Birth and email ID to set the password. Hereafter, student can login with the password and username.

Step 3: Filling the Application form

After logging in, home page is displayed. Herein, student must click on application form to start filling the same. After filling in all the personal details, the student must submit the form. Upon successful submission, application number will be generated. The candidate must save this number for reference in the future.

Note: Student will not be allowed to change the data after ‘Final Submission’. It is advised to keep clicking on ‘Save’ frequently in order to avoid losing the filled data.

Step 4: Options entry

Candidate must select the programmes/courses for which he seeks admission. Application processing fee is to be paid for each courses selected. Upon final submission, candidate is required to fill in options entry. Herein, candidate is required to choose programmes/courses on a priority basis. Based on this options entry, university will allot seat to the candidate in the order merit.

Note: options entry corrections are closed before the first round of seat allotment.

Step 5: Application Fee

After the options entry, candidate must ensure fee payment through the fee payment gateway. After successful fee payment, application is generated.

Step 6: Document verification

Hereafter, candidate must produce the hard copy of application at the designated centre for verification of original documents. Candidate may get his/her documents verified at the concerned department.

Note: Candidate will not be considered for admission if he/she fails to submit the hard copy of application and get his/her original documents verified.

Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University Fees 2025

The annual tuition fee for available courses at Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University ranges from INR 37,000 to INR 87,700. The course fee for all courses at the university is made up of 3 segments, namely:

• Tuition
• Security deposit
• Hostel fee
