The Vishwakarma University MBA course admission process starts with a simple application process. Students get both online and offline options to submit the application form. The form costs INR 1,500. Students who have not appeared for national-level exams (CAT/CMAT/MH-CET) can register and appear for VUNET.

STEP 1: Vishwakarma University MBA Application Process 2025

The university offers both online and offline modes of application. The steps to be followed for each course are as follows:

Online:

1. Visit the online admission portal at https://www.vupune.ac.in/secure-provisional-admission.

2. Click on the 'Secure Provisional Admission' button.

3. Register by providing the required details.

4. Log in with the credentials received in the email and fill out the application form.

5. Pay the Vishwakarma University MBA application fees 2025, i.e., INR 1,500.

6. Click on the submit button.

Offline:

1. Visit Vishwakarma University, Pune Campus – Counselling and Admissions Office (VU Pune – Main Building – Room No. 1006)

2. Get detailed information about the programme, curriculum, syllabus, infrastructure, facilities, etc.

3. Apply in person for provisional admission by filling up the application form and 'Provisional Admission Form' along with provisional admission fees of INR 25,000.

4. The Counselling and Admissions Office will guide the candidate further regarding the submission of documents, eligibility checks, etc.

STEP 2: VUNET 2025

The university conducts an in-house entrance test for admission to the MBA programme, i.e., VUNET. It is an online proctored exam. Students who have a valid non-zero score in national-level entrance tests are not required to appear for VUNET. Check below to know the VUNET 2025 application fees:

STEP 3: Merit List Release

Once the VUNET is conducted, the university prepares a merit list based on students' performance in the national level exams/in-house entrance test.

STEP 4: Provisional Admission Letter

Students who are offered admission are required to submit a provisional admission form. Along with the form, they are required to pay INR 25,000 to secure provisional admission. Students will also be required to upload scanned copies of the following documents:

• Class 10 and 12 marksheets
• Colour photo
• Aadhaar card
• Signature
• Caste certificate (if applicable)

STEP 5: Admission Confirmation

Students who have secured provisional admission receive a telephone call as well as an email from the university to confirm form filling and receipt of the first installment of fees.
