I got 77 percentile in NMAT. Can I expect a call from XIMB for RM? Is there any sectional cutoff for RM?

Yes, there is sectional cutoff. 40/35/35/50 is the cut off for VA/IR/QA/OA.

The cut-off would range between 120-150 out of 360 for XSRM course, while for HR would be little higher.

Exam pattern: Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, English, GK
Cut off: 80 percentile for BM id domicile or 90.
70 percentile for HR if domicile or 80.
40 percentile for RM if domicile or 50.
