XIM University has a cutting-edge campus that is home to a thriving student body. Students on both campuses manage the majority of daily operations, including running the canteen and planning conclaves and festivals. The students at XIM University are encouraged to participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities as well to promote a holistic learning experience. There are opportunities for the students to showcase their talents and build on them through various student-initiated events and activities, as well as events hosted by colleges and organisations across the country and beyond. Every year in the months of September and October, the XIM university campus celebrates Xamboree, a three-day annual cultural management festival, while the XIM extra campus celebrates Xpressions in the month of November.
Yes, the university provides hostel facilities for PG students. The hostels are available in both new and old campuses. Students can opt for single rooms with or without AC and attached washrooms. The charges for all rooms are different. A fixed amount of Student Residence Administration Fee of INR 20,000 has to be paid every year along with the room rent.

Xavier University has a collection of 60471 books, 13000 Textbooks, 120000+ e-books, 18000 journals (including electronic Journals), 3605 bound volumes of periodicals, 21 Database, 35000 company annual reports, 1700 CDs ( management films and books), 433 cases, 295 working papers, 23 newspaper and 292 Print copy journals. There are separate residences for gents and ladies. All the rooms have 24-hour Internet connectivity enabled via latest Wi-Fi technology. With the installation of laser printer and photocopying machines kiosk, round-the-clock printing and copying facilities are available to the students. The Residences also house the Multi-purpose Hall, Cooperative Store and a Book Club. All the Residences are equipped with washing machines/laundry services, water coolers, geysers, telephones, televisions, and indoor games like carom and table tennis. We also have facilities for uninterrupted power supply to all the Residences during power failure. For the Doctoral, Post Graduate programs, Executive program and Bachelor’s degree programs, stay in hostel is optional.

Yes, XIM University Bhubaneswar has two well-maintained students’ residences (PG (6 blocks), UG (2 blocks)). For men and women, there are separate residential facilities. The latest Wi-Fi technology has enabled 24-hour internet connectivity in every room. Students now have 24-hour access to printing and copying resources. The multi-purpose hall, cooperative shop, and book clubs are also located in the residences. All of the residences have water coolers, geysers, washing machines, televisions, telephones, and indoor games like carrom and table tennis. The option to reside in a hostel is available for doctoral, postgraduate, executive, and bachelor degree programmes.
