Yes, for each of CAT, XAT, GMAT and XGMAT scores, the university has a sectional cutoff for BM, HRM, RM and SM programmes.

9 years ago Does this college accept admission through XGMAT? I have heard that only a few people appear for it due to which the cutoff never rises up.

This college accepts admission through XGMAT and we do have a considerable number of people writing this exam, though, obviously not as much as the applicants via CAT or XAT.

No there are no separate batches of HRM in XUB and XIMB. There is only 1 batch of HRM in XUB.
