CET-IPU difficulty pattern is similar to that of 10+2 board examinations. A candidate is advised to be through with the +2 syllabus.

Concise inorganic chemistry by JD Lee - a great book for inorganic chemistry. This book will teach you how to understand the subject rather than cramming it.
Robert Throton Morrison -This is good book for organic chemistry.
