The Institute of Management Technology in Hyderabad charges approximately INR 84000 in annual hostel fees. The amenities in the hostel are normally sufficient. There is no restroom in the single room that each student is assigned. It is typical in the hallway. 40 rooms are located on each floor. There is no elevator despite the building's four levels. IMT Hyderabad offers IMT Hyderabad scholarships to students who want to continue their education at the university but are unable to afford the IMT Hyderabad tuition and enroll in the courses. IMT Hyderabad doesn't actually have any control over your clothing choices. However, IMT H, a top business school, requires that its students dress accordingly. The students are occasionally expected to dress appropriately for business formal occasions. These occasions include placements, club and committee activities, practitioner sessions, leadership talks, classroom presentations, etc. Additionally, students are not allowed to enter the academic building while wearing shorts or slippers. Other than that, you are free to dress whichever you like and feel most comfortable.

If someone misses their internal exams, they may repeat them, but first, they must obtain permission from the department head and provide a good justification. For example, if you have a medical condition, you must present a medical certificate before you may write your internal exams. In this manner, the students are required to provide proper justification and documentation in order to retake the internal exam if they miss the first attempt.

IMT Hyderabad campus is well built and is quite easy to navigate during the admission days. Most of the buildings are given numbers or names for easy discoverability. In addition to this, there are small banners placed to depict the name of the department/ building. It is dependent on an individual's taste, the mess food is arbitrary. The majority of the dishes offered have a South Indian flavor because the college is in South India. They offer all different kinds of veggies on different days, and the cuisine has a respectable flavor. On certain days, non-vegetarian food is also offered. Since it is mess food, it won't compare to what is offered in restaurants, but it is still good.

The faculty at IMT Hyderabad is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. All of the lecturers have a wealth of knowledge and are helpful. Hence, there are higher chances of getting a seat at SOIL Institute of Management due to higher seats.

A two-year full-time residential PGDM programme is offered by the Institute of Management Technology in Hyderabad. Based on their performance in the qualifying test (best score in CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT), candidates are ultimately chosen for admission to the PGDM programme. Academic standing, PI, and Statement of Purpose (SOP).

The overall percentile cut-off scores for the PGDM programme during 2022 admissions was 70 for CAT, 80 for CMAT and 60 for XAT entrance exams.
