B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology & obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for Backward class, EWS & PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) can also apply.
MBA/PGDM	Candidates must have passed minimum three year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline awarded by any of the Universities recognized by UGC or AIU with the above mentioned marks (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories (VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, SEBC) and PwD belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent. Candidates appeared for the final year examination are also eligible to apply. Maharashtra State candidate must have obtained more than zero score in MAH CET 2020. All India/Jammu and Kashmir Migrant candidate should have obtained more than zero score in MAH CET/CAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/XAT.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in the relevant stream of Engineering and Technology or Pharmacy or Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent. Backward class categories and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only should have minimum 45% marks.
B.Arch	Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.

P.R. Patil College of Architecture courses are approved by eminent Government bodies such as AICTE. The combined seats available for various programmes provided by P.R. Patil College of Architecture goes up to 40.

VNIT Nagpur seems to have an edge over IIIT Nagpur in multiple aspects. VNIT Nagpur comes with the "NIT" tag, offers a wider variety of courses and is consistently among the top 50 Engineering colleges as per the NIRF rankings. The alumni network and infrastructure are also relatively better.
On the other hand, IIIT Nagpur is not ranked by NIRF.

Hence, as per the information available on the internet, candidates focused on CSE and IT placements may find IIIT Nagpur a better option, but VNIT Nagpur is the winner when it comes to an overall comparison.

Students should pass Class 12 in the specified subjects and secure valid marks in NATA, JEE Main (Paper-II), or MHT CET for admission to Sir JJ College of Architecture. Students should apply through the CET portal. 

Yes Amity University in Mumbai offers direct admission. Students who have earned marks of more than 80% in class XII from CBSE, ISC, or State Board are eligible for direct admission. Student must complete Amity application and send in application money in order to apply for direct admission.
