Candidates can not get direct admission to Xavier School of Human Settlements as the admission process for the courses is entrance based. Candidates are required to appear for the entrance exams in order to get a shot at securing a seat in their desired course. Piloo Mody College of Architecture was established in 1993 at Cuttack, Orissa. PMCA is affiliated with the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela. The college is recognised by the Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi and accredited by the NAAC. The institute is governed by the ABIT Trust. Piloo Mody College of Architecture offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as B.Arch and M.Arch.
