Athena School of Management ties up with foreign Institutes to offer new programmes
Athena School of Management, located at Mumbai’s Hiranandani Gardens Powai, is known as one of the leading management schools in the country. The institute is aimed at transforming the concept of Management Education, by focusing more on corporate end-user-driven curriculum, which is designed and also taught by leaders of corporate India. The idea is to expose the management students to all practical aspects of corporate world than giving them only theoretical knowledge.
To ensure that these management students are well-trained to compete on a global level, the institute recently joined hands with France-based KEDGE Business School Global MBA to offer Global Executive MBA Program (Ranked #36 in the FT Global Rankings and AMBA Accredited) in India. The dual-degree programme is explicitly customised for mid- and senior-level professionals and entrepreneurs with over nine specialisations. The programme highlights electives and specialisations in France and China with a global faculty.
In another development, the institute also announced its strategical alliance with Canada-based McGill University, which is also one amongst top 50 universities across the globe. This alliance will be beneficial for the students as they would get the exposure to diversified subjects such as Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Innovation, etc.
Furthermore, on August 23, Athena School of Management also signed an agreement with one of France’s leading business schools Rennes School of Business to launch the Joint Program in M.Sc (Master in Science) in Luxury Brand Management in India. This course is aimed at teaching students nuances of luxury and brand management here at their Mumbai campus.
