Dr. Patil is alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad and presently serving as Director and Dean at Dayananda Sagar Business School (DSBS) PGDM Program, Bangalore. To his credit he has several research papers published in reputed peer reviewed journals both at national and international levels (UGC-Care, Scopus, ABDC and Web of Science).

C-Talk Series, X-Pert Talk Series, Global Faculty Series, Learn from Leaders to make students industry ready and score good grades with practical and experiential learning.
- Grooming Business Leaders: To develop business leadership quality at DSBS we have a concept called ‘Practice Business’ in which the institute gives seed money of Rs. 1.00 lakh to a team of students to run their own business within the campus to know how the tricks of the business from sourcing materials to marketing to end customers along with managing the finances effectively.
