IMT Ghaziabad provides an excellent and comfortable hostel facility. Electricity/power is available 24 hours a day, and students have access to amenities such as air conditioning and a geyser. The mess facility is near the hostel and the food is served three times a day to each student staying in the hostel. The mess is in the central area of campus and can be accessed from anywhere on the campus. There are certain regulations for the students to adhere to. There is no specific entry time to the hostel. Students at IMT Ghaziabad conduct certain events like Passion, the Markup world cup and Riscon. The library at IMT Ghaziabad is well stocked and each student can issue three books at a time. Sports facilities are provided to the students and a sports event is also conducted named Chakravyuh. It is one of the largest sporting events at the institute. Different types of clubs are active at IMT Ghaziabad like Finesse, Mark up, RACE, and E-cell. The staff at the library has successfully provided its services to the students during COVID-19. This shows the sustainable operational activities at the college.  

During fests and celebrations, students are the only ones who take care of every small or big thing to be managed. So students here get maximum chances not only inside the classroom but also in extracurricular activities. This sharpens various skills of the students like leadership and managerial skills. The institution has recently renovated and modified the Management Development Resource Centre, hostel block and conference room.

Advanced Technology at IMT Ghaziabad

IMT Ghaziabad is a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. It has 1,000 nodes that are connected with 10 GBps fibre connectivity. IMT has 420 Mbps Metro Ethernet connectivity. This connectivity can further be upgraded to one Gbps as per requirement. IMT at its Ghaziabad campus has13 enterprise-level servers to support security and storage services on campus. The whole IT infrastructure has been designed as per international standards. The institution is famous for providing good facilities to its faculty members also. Each instructor has got one laptop and a laser printer. Students, faculty members and alumni are given an official email account, which they can access from anywhere in the world. Projectors available in each classroom can be connected to 16 laptops at a time. They have compatibility with both Android and iOS platforms. The institution has an academic tie-up with great IT businesses like SAP, SAS and Microsoft which provide an international level of education to the students. 

Contextual Laboratory at IMT Ghaziabad

The institution also has a real-time contextual laboratory which acts as a big speciality of IMT Ghaziabad and makes it different from other business schools. The real-time contextual laboratory has various proprietary tools and open-source digital marketing and CRM tools. These tools help in various functions like market automation, consumer behaviour function, data processing and data visualisation. A real-time contextual laboratory is a platform where the institute's IP development takes place. Though the faculty members have scheduled time to take their classes and they have fixed working hours, the sense of responsibility towards students is so deep that they are twenty-hours connected with students through various technical means.
