Hostel Fees & Facilities in Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida

 Students residing inside the hostel of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida must mark biometric attendance every day in the presence of the warden.

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida provides hostel facilities to both boys and girls. The hostels for Girls are inside the campus, whereas the boys’ hostel is located at a distance from the college. Though a new hostel is under construction that will be allotted to the male students in the future. 

The hostel at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida provides a lot of facilities for the students including a mess, gym, salon (for Girls), AC & non-AC rooms, 24*7 water and power supply, medical assistance, washing machine, and lift. 

Mess: The mess provides four meals that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The menu is decided by the students only and keeps changing with time. The dishes include both veg and non-veg.

Gym: The gym has all the equipment required for the workout. The facility is open 24*7, where students can exercise for as long as they want. The area is spacious enough to accommodate five to six students at a time. 

Salon: There is a salon inside the Girls’ hostel. It remains open from 11 AM to 5 PM on weekdays (including Saturdays).

Rooms: Students can choose between AC & non-AC rooms. The accommodation is in the form of single and double occupancy. There is an attached bathroom in every room. A geyser is installed in the bathrooms for hot water availability in winter. Other amenities include a cupboard, bed, bookshelf, shoe rack, study table and chair. Electricity and water supply are available 24*7. The rooms are very spacious and fully ventilated. 

Laundry system: In every hostel, fully automatic washing machines are available that the students can use anytime. The terrace remains open from 10 AM to 6 PM for drying washed clothes.

Medical Assistance: There is a medical facility available for the students. An ambulance also remains available for emergency cases. 

Lift: A lift is available inside the hostel for the convenience of the students and other hostel staff members. It goes up to the top floor and from there the stairs follow to the terrace. The lift is in a good working condition and its maintenance is done from time to time.

Sports: There is a playground on the campus, where students can play different kinds of sports. The hostel provides various sports items and accessories. There are badminton kits, volleyball, basketball, football, cricket kit, etc. Students can avail of those items from the sports room present inside the hostel and return them after playing. 

Attendance: Students residing inside the hostel must mark biometric attendance every day in the presence of the warden. The attendance time is between 8:30 to 9 PM.

Leave policy: The hostellers can go out during the day with the permission of the warden. For any students planning to stay over at night, then he/she must convey the permission received from parents to the warden. The warden must receive the message from the parents of the student going on leave before time. The last time for leaving the hostel premises is 8 PM, whereas a student can come back by 9 PM. 

Other amenities: There is induction available on every floor for the students. Every floor has a common dustbin with each room having a separate trash can as well. The rooms are cleaned every day in the presence of the students. Water coolers for drinking water are also installed on every floor.  

In case of any fixtures like replacement of bulbs, loose water tap, the problem is resolved within 24 hours. Students are provided mattresses, pillows, a bathing bucket and a mug. 

Rules & Regulations: 

• Consumption of cigarettes, alcohol or any kind of drug is strictly prohibited. 
• No student can have possession of a sharp weapon, poison or anything that can cause harm to someone. 
• Ragging is strictly prohibited inside the campus including in the hostels as well. 
• Any student of Jaipuria, should not be, in any way in touch with any criminal or unlawful bodies. Under no circumstances should he/she indulge in any unlawful activities. 
• Visitors of opposite genders are not allowed inside the respective hostels including the family members. 
• The entry of the visitors is done after getting permission from the warden or the administrative authority. In case any visitor is planning to stay overnight, he/she must have permission from the authorities concerned. 

Any student found guilty of breaking the above-mentioned rules is liable for the punishment decided by the concerned authorities. This can come up with fine charges as well as the termination of the hostel facilities. 

Fees Structure 

A refundable amount of INR 10,000 security is also deposited at the beginning of every academic year.
