School Hosts Guest Lecture on ‘Future Business Analytics’
January 16, 2020: The PGDM Department of Krupanidhi School of Management invited Abhishek who is working as Leader HR Analytics at Amazon to deliver a lecture on how Data Analytics and Data Science works in an organisation. He explained that Data Science is the inter-functional technology used to derive information and insight from structured and unstructured data using techniques, procedures and structures. Data Science has to do with Big Data and Data Mining.
He educated students on the importance of forecasting based on which he further explained about RFM (Recency, Frequency and Monetary) which means to analyse customers buying habits, buying frequency, expenditure and CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) which works as a parameter to measure the success of customer relationship management. He also discussed the scope of Data Science and analytics in the future.
Institute Organises TEDx on theme ‘A kaleidoscope of Path-Breaking Ideas’
September 30, 2019: Krupanidhi Group of Institution organised a TEDx event for the first time on campus. The theme of the event was ‘A kaleidoscope of Path-breaking Ideas’. Institute invited prominent dignitaries from across various industries with varied backgrounds and experiences to share their real-life journey with students. The panel speakers included CEO of Gramener Anand; Counselor, Actress & Model Suman Ranganath; Former Captain Women Cricket Team Mamtha Maben; India’s First Wheelchair Bodybuilder Anand Arnold; Design Strategist & Communication Designer Sonia Manchanda; Miss India 2009 Pooja Chopra; Stand up Comic Manish Tyagi; Corporate Trainer & Motivational Speaker Deepak Justin; Business Strategist Paul Robinson; and Young Entrepreneur Jadyn Alexandria Quadros.
TEDx is a global platform that brings individuals together to talk and perform on the ideas that have shaped business, academic, technology and social world.
