Engineering Colleges accepting JEE Main for B.Tech in Ahmedabad

The JEE Main 2026 session 2 admit card is available for all shifts.

It is advised that students begin their JEE Main preparation with NCERT books. NCERT class 11 and 12 books for Physics Chemistry and Mathematics are the best to understand basic concepts and solve numerical problems. Along with NCERTs, students can refer to additional books like H. C. Verma and Irodov for Physics. In Mathematics, students can take help from Arihant books. For Chemistry R C Mukherjee, O P Tandon and P Bahadur are best.

Candidates can download the JEE Main admit card until the day of the exam. After the exam day, no admit card would be available on the NTA JEE Main website.

The Cutoff was released as Opening and Closing ranks for Round 1 for General AI and Home State category candidates. For the General AI category candidates, the Cutoff for BE in Computer Engineering was 900161. For the General HS category candidates, the Round 1 cutoff stood at 1278. 

For the OBC AI category candidates, the Cutoff for BE in CE was 900300. For the OBC HS category candidates, the Cutoff for BE in CE stood at 2009.

Candidates preparing for Adani University – Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Technology (AU-FEST) are only required to appear for the JEE Main entrance exam. Students who secure above the 75 percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 will have the fair chance to secure a seat at the institute. Further, they need to start preparing for the counselling sessions.
