Good placements and good infrastructure.
Placements: Almost all the students have got good placements in good companies. The packages offered by our course varies according to our marks, KEAM, JEE, etc. The packages range from 20k to 1.20LPA. Top recruiting companies are tcs, Wipro, infosys, bibox, IBS, etc. There are many companies that I haven't mentioned.
Infrastructure: Good hostel facility and good rooms. They are well maintained. The hostel is absolutely superb and the staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily and they are spacious. Free wireless internet is available and the mess food is good. The food routine is good. They have a medical room, games, sports, etc.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly educated and helpful. The teaching methodology is simple and effective. Subjects are taught in a way that not only the theoretical but also its actual use is explained. More focus is given to practicals. The exams are taken according to the university’s schedule and the level is medium to high. Apart from this, the college also takes unit tests and practical exams on a regular basis. The pass percentage is 40/100.

You can get the chance to lead clubs if you have proper knowledge about your idea of club, that you want to implement. The college will support you with all their efforts.

The college has good infrastructure and placements.
Placements: I am pursuing a degree in computer science and engineering. Our department has the most students, compared to any other department. There are almost 120 seats available. Last year, most of the placements were offered in the computer science department. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, Atos Global, BYJU's etc. You can also select a minor degree in any other department along with this. More than 50% of students got placed last year.
Infrastructure: There is a separate building for the library. The atmosphere is good. You are allotted a separate hour in a week for the library. I am staying in the hostel, which is inside the campus itself, and you have to walk 100-150 meters inside the campus to reach the hostel, and it is kept inside in an isolated area. The network connection is very poor inside the hostel, but Wi-Fi is always available without any limits. Food is average considering the mess fee per month. You have to pay about 6,300 per month, including mess fee and room rent.
Faculty: The teachers are good, helpful and knowledgeable. The syllabus is finished in a rush because there is only a little time available. Exams are tough most of the time. I think the valuation is the main issue in this university (KTU). There are many complaints regarding the valuation of papers. Remedial classes are conducted by the college, which helps students to clear their papers.

Hi,
There is no 100% placement in any colleges ideally. As many students go for research or higher studies and don't appear in the placement. However, those who appear most probably get placed in mechatronics department. Therefore, placements is good in this branch.

It is a good college for Mechatronics, you can also look for Jyothi Engineering College, Thrissur. Another colleges you can look for Mechatronics in Kerala - Cochin College of Engineering and Technology.
