Q:   Which entrance exam is accepted by Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology (SCET)?
A: 

Candidates should pass Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or Examinations recognised as equivalent thereto, with 45% marks in Mathematics separately and 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. Candidates should also qualify the KEAM (to the particular year) conducted by “The Commissioner of Entrance Examination, Kerala”. Similarly for the application to M.Tech and Phd. Courses, one requires Qualification of B.Tech from recognised institutes and 10+2 at 45 percent marks.

A: 

The Placement Cell of the college holds responsibility of all of the recruitment by organizing pre-placement talks, mock interviews and finally conducting interviews. The programs are formed in a way to provide the students with an equal amount of balance between academic and practical skills

.additionally they are also encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities to help them develop soft skills and become well-rounded interview. The average package provided by companies accounts upto 3 to 10 Lacs per annum. The highest package headed upto around 22 lakhs.

Sahrdaya College of Engineering, Thrissur was established in 2002 under Irinjalakuda Diocesan Educational Trust. It is affiliated to Calicut University, Malappuram and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is recognised by Government of Kerala and accredited by The Institution of Engineers, India.
