RBSE 10th Results 2020 after pending papers, Rajasthan Board Class 10 board exams to begin tomorrow

The Supreme Court gave Rajasthan Board the go-ahead to conduct pending papers of class 10 boards which are already scheduled to begin from tomorrow i.e. June 29.

Supreme Court dismissed the plea filed by a student's parent seeking cancellation of remaining RBSE 10^th Board Exams 2020. SC gave Rajasthan Board the go-ahead to conduct pending papers of class 10 boards which are already scheduled to begin from tomorrow i.e. June 29.

A student’s parents filed a plea in the Supreme Court urging the court to take note of the rising COVID-19 cases in the state and allow cancellation of the remaining RBSE 10^th Board Exams. The plea cited the recent Supreme Court decision in the CBSE plea after which the centre decided not to go ahead with the remaining CBSE 10^th Board Exams 2020 and CBSE 12^th Board Exams 2020. After deciding to cancel the remaining Board Exams, CBSE also decided to release CBSE 10^th Results 2020 and CBSE 12^th results 2020 by July 15.

However, this is not the case with RBSE 10^th Results 2020. Class 10 students waiting for the 10^th board results must know that the SC gave the go ahead to the Board to conduct the pending exams. Rajasthan Board will hold class 10 board examination for pending papers for over eight lakh students on June 29 and June 30. The three-judge bench hearing the plea said that it already dismissed similar petitions during earlier hearings. The top court also stated that no positive cases were located in the examination centres in the last one month. It also said that the state government is taking all due precaution to ensure students' safety.

Now, the RBSE 10^th Result 2020 will only be released after June 30 i.e. after the conduction of the pending 10^th board exams of Rajasthan Board.

Talking about the precautions the Board will be taking in order to conduct the pending 10^th Board Exams, Arvind Kumar, Secretary, RBSE, said, “Exams will be conducted following social-distancing guidelines prescribed by the State Government and High Court...if needed, labs, libraries, and seminar halls will also be converted into exam halls. Colleges, private schools, polytechnic institutions, engineering colleges, which are currently closed; can also be used as exam centres.”

According to the revised RBSE 10th Time Table 2020, the pending Rajasthan Board Class 10 exams will be conducted on June 20 and June 30. Whereas the revised RBSE 12^th Time Table 2020 suggest that the Rajasthan Board Class 12 exams are being conducted from June 18 to June 30. Students can expect the RBSE 10th Result and RBSE 12th Result 2020 in July.

Previously, the RBSE 10^th, 12^th board exams 2020 were postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown. Later, a notice released by RBSE directed the district education officers are ordered to sanitize RBSE 10^th and RBSE 12^th examination centres which were identified as COVID centres. Over 20 lakh students are waiting for RBSE Board Result 2020. Approximately, 11,79,830 candidates registered for the RBSE 12^th board exam 2020. Over 8 lakh students appeared for the RBSE Class 10 exams 2020.
