Candidate must have completed Graduation with mentioned percentage in aggregate of any UGC/AICTE approved Indian University or from a foreign University recognised by AIU or Institute recognised by the concerned University as equivalent thereto. The mentioned SC/ST percentage is for Madhya Pradesh residents. Candidates belonging to OBC (excluding creamy layer) categories of Madhya Pradesh can apply with at least 45%. The Bachelor's degree must be of minimum three years duration after passing Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of (10+2) system or equivalent. Candidates in the Final year of above degree examinations can also apply on provisional basis. Candidate who has passed qualifying examination with grace marks are also eligible for admission. Candidates whose qualifying examination marksheet are based on grading system has to produce conversion of grade to marks.

Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences is a private university, established in 2016 under the provision of the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya Adiniyam, 2007. It is recognised by the UGC and has collaboration with foreign universities, government agencies, and top industries. IIM Indore accepts the  CAT and IPMAT scores for admission to its PGP course. The mode of IPMAT Institute of Management Indore course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on entrance exam scores and merit. The accepted entrance exams are CAT,  IPMAT Indore, and others. Candidates applying through the CAT must first register for the CAT exam. Then appear for the CAT exam. Those who qualify for CAT must appear for the WAT, PI,  and other selection rounds. The the highest and average package offered during IIITM Gwalior BTech  (CS / IT) placements 2025 stood at INR 67.5 LPA and INR 27.23 LPA, respectively. Further, the the highest package offered during MTech placements 2025 was INR 7.3 LPA. The the highest and average package grabbed by MBA students during IIITM Gwalior placements 2025 was INR 11.5 LPA and INR 6 LPA, respectively.
