    Good college and campus life.
Placements: More than 80 percent of students got placed from our course. The highest package is 36 LPA, the average package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA. Recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services. More than 85 percent of students got internships in Forensic Science Laboratories. Crime Scene Investigator is the role offered.
Infrastructure: Our college has one of the best infrastructures in Bangalore and every classroom is equipped with smart boards which are very useful to understand the syllabus. Our college is equipped with Wi-Fi all around the campus. The college hostel is one of the best, according to my point of view, and the food is great, and the medical team is always available in the hostel as well as in college. The sports department is very encouraging for students, which motivates students to play sports.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and they explain every topic with proper information. They are properly qualified for teaching professions and the quality of teaching is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry-ready with the skills required. In my opinion, the semester exams are not difficult because the faculty members explain everything properly and the passing percentage is 35 percent which is given by the university.
Other: I chose this course because the college has a good history regarding the course and the placements. We have the biggest college fest in Bangalore, which is Acharya Habba.

Good college with decent facilities but poor exam management.
Placements: I don't think, there are many placement opportunities. Nearly 15 percent of students get placements but the internships provided by them are very helpful. Students got proper exposure to their work field, which is a very important and crucial factor. There are internships under the commission office, and students get to see proper crime sciences.
Infrastructure: We have proper washrooms, cafes, and basketball courts. The mess in the hostel provides proper food 3 times a day and ensures quality and quantity for the students. The hostel rooms are really comfortable but at times the guards in the female hostel are really rude.
Faculty: Teachers, especially in the B.A. department, are very supportive and helpful. They are frank with students, which makes them more supportive towards us. The semester exams are really easy. Whatever the faculty members teach us in class, the portion in the exam is always relevant to that.
Other: My course is Criminology and Psychology B.A. I chose this course as I have always been interested in crime cases and as it is a two-in-one degree I was really fascinated by the course. The campus is huge and the fest is the best part of the year.

If you're looking for great campus life and enjoyment, this would be a good option.
Placements: Any student from any background can apply for the course, preferably those with a social science background. This course is affordable compared to other courses, and there is placement from the college, but not with really big NGOs. For internships, there are fellowship programs with stipends.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice, but mostly the classes are in another block where the facilities are really bad. To be honest, I've never been in the hostel, but I've heard it's okay, but strict. The food is nice. There are a lot of fun activities and games in college.
Faculty: The teaching quality differs according to teachers. There are really nice teachers and also some who are not as good. Overall, the course is really simple and easy to study. The course curriculum is great, and the fieldwork exposure allows students to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. The exams are easy for students to crack and have a nice pass percentage.
Other: I personally chose the course out of curiosity because I had heard that it doesn't have any science subjects, and I thought it would be something easy for me to crack. After joining the course, I came to know more about social work, which helped me enjoy this field.

Great campus life but the VTU syllabus needs an update.
Placements: The placements for Civil Engineering here are decent but don't really compare to the CS branches which is why a 3-star rating makes sense. From what seniors tell us around 40 to 50 percent of students in our branch get placed through campus drives. The average package hovers around 3.5 to 4 LPA. The highest package for core goes up to maybe 7 LPA while the lowest is around 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Acharya's infrastructure deserves a 5-star rating. For the civil course we have excellent, fully equipped labs for material testing, plus a massive library that has every reference book you could need. Campus Wi-Fi is generally good.
Faculty: Most of the faculty in the Civil Department here are really helpful and know their subjects well. A lot of them share actual site experiences which makes the lectures way more interesting than just reading textbooks. The teaching quality is pretty solid overall. Since AIT follows the VTU syllabus the curriculum is a bit old-school and heavy on theory.
Other: I chose Civil because I've always liked mechanics and physics and I want to build real-world structures. The foundation is good but the VTU syllabus feels outdated. I wish they had taught us modern design software earlier instead of just theory. Campus life is the best part. Acharya Habba is a massive fest and the campus is huge and green. The crowd is friendly and since I'm in the hostel there's always something to do. It's a bit far from the city but you get used to it.

The reality of Acharya College, details of placements, infrastructure, fests, and sports.
Placements: I am a BCA student, and 70 percent of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered this year is 7 LPA, and the lowest package offered ranges from 2.5- 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, and Accenture. Around 80 percent of students got internships. The top roles offered are software developer and web developer.
Infrastructure: I personally think the infrastructure for my department is pretty good, and definitely above average. The Wi-Fi works well. Labs are well-equipped. Classrooms are spacious and have smart boards. We have our own library in our department, which contains reference books for all courses. The hostel is a nice, homely place, and the food served is tasty and well-balanced. There are many sports grounds, including a cricket stadium, basketball court, football field, swimming pool, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is decent. The course curriculum is very relevant and up to date. It definitely makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are of a medium difficulty level. The pass percentage is 80 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to have a career in the IT industry. There is not actually much room for improvement, as everything is up to standard. Acharya has the best inter-collegiate events and the biggest fests in the city. The event management is top-notch, which gives the best exposure.

Acharya is great in the new era.
Placements: Almost 70 percent of students get placed in the college with good packages. Companies like Tata, Bosch, and Infosys hire students. It offers so many placements. I am from the mechanical course. I got placed in Tech Mata. The top roles offered are machine design and motor design.
Infrastructure: Acharya has a great infrastructure. We have facilities for all work and sports. Wi-Fi is great in college. In quality and quantity, Acharya is great. Here, we can get Wi-Fi in our phones. It has many sports persons and state-level players.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful, friendly, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. It is difficult to pass exams because of VTU, as it is different according to the college.
Other: Our college organises events, fests, and extracurricular activities. Scholarships are available.
