Dayananda Sagar University Admission 2026: Application, Fee, Courses, Eligibility & Selection

Dayananda Sagar University offers more than 20 courses at UG and PG levels through seven schools. The top courses includes, MBBA, BTech, MBA, MSc, etc. DSU Bangalore admissions are primarily entrance-based. The university conducts DSAT for admission to various UG and PG programmes. Direct admission is also offered based on national-level entrance exam scores. 

Candidates who have completed Class 12, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate to apply for DSU Bangalore BCA programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

DSAT exam can be taken both Online as well as Offline, you are free to choose your preferred mode of Exam.The online DSAT exam can be taken at the convenience of your home.You will receive an email with the required DSAT exam link, you can take the exam using the link which will be shared with you one day prior to the DSAT exam.The Offline DSAT exam will be conducted in Dayananda Sagar University, Innovation Campus, Hosur Main Road, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru. 

Students wanting admission at DSU for BA LLB (hons) need to submit the following documents:

• Class 10 Mark sheet
• Class 12 Mark sheet
• Admit card/Scorecard of CLAT/DSAT
• Passport size photo
• Catagory Certificate

You can apply for Law courses at the age of 42 from DSU but cannot apply for BBA LLB (hons) course. This is an integrated course which is made specially for those students who want to pursue their law career after completing school. Hence, if you are looking for Law courses you can try three years courses instead of BBA LLB (hons).

Students who have cleared their Class 12 examination with minimum 50% in any stream are eligible to apply for BA LLB (hons) at DSU. However, Students who are applying through government quota, need to have CLAT or DSAT scorecard. SC/ST category students can apply with having minimum 45% in Class 12. 

Students seeking admission at DSU for BA LLB (hons) through CLAT should apply to official portal. Students need to fill the application form with basic details and upload some requisite documents including CLAT scorecard or admit card. Institute will arrange a counselling session and will shortlist the students on the basis of CLAT scores. If student has high rank such as between 1 to 15,000, will be entitled for scholarship. 

NTA announced the NEET 2024 exam date on September 19, 2023. NEET 2024 exam was conducted on May 5. The result of NEET 2024 was declared on June 4, 2024. After the result declaration, several irregularities and anomalies were found in the result and the scoring system. Hence, NTA is reconducting NEET 2024 on June 23, 2024, for 1,563 candidates who were awarded grace marks. The result will be declared on June 30, 2024. The NEET 2024 counselling process for the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats is likely to be conducted from July 6, 2024 onwards. 

The NEET 2024 application process was conducted from February 9, 2024, to March 16, 2024. The last date of application was extended from March 9, by a week. The application and correction windows were reopened in April. While the NEET exam dates were scheduled in September and July a couple of years ago owing to the pandemic situation, it took a toll on the medical admission schedule. To bridge this gap, NTA conducted NEET in May last year. The trend is being continued for NEET 2024 as well. 

Yes, there is 40% seat reservation available for Karnataka students at DSU in BBA LLB (hons) course. It is a mandatory seat reservation. Students can go through the official website for detailed information.

Students who have completed Class 12 can apply for BBA LLB (hons) by following these process: 

1. Firstly, you must have scored above 50% marks. If you are SC/ST category students, 45% marks are sufficient.
2. Second, if you haven't applied for any entrance such as DSAT or CLAT, you have two options, either give DSAT or apply for direct admissions. However, fees for direct admission can be higher than normal fee structure. 
3. After giving DSAT, you need to wait for counselling call. Institute will call if your score matches their requirements. When you get call, you need to present for the counselling session. 
4. Seats will be alloted during counselling session. Once you get seat, you must submit the documents for verfication. 
5. Finally you can pay the registration amount and confirm your seat.

Dayananda Sagar University will ask to submit the following documents to the BBA LLB (hons) students:

Yes, students can get direct admission at Dayananda Sagar University for BA LLB (hons) course. Students wanting direct admission can apply through official portal of university. There is no need to give any entrance. However, the fees can be charged higher. 

BSc in nursing at DSU is a four year course and divided into eight semesters. The core subjects which every student must be studying in this course are:

• Nursing Foundation,
• Medical Surgical Nursing,
• Child Health Nursing,
• Mental Health Nursing,
• Community Health Nursing

The NEET 2025 result is expected to be released in the first week of June 2025, within a month of conducting the exam. NTA does not announce the NEET result date in advance. Although last year the result date was stated to be declared on June 14, NTA released it 10 days in advance. Hence, there is no fixed date or schedule for NTA to declare the NEET result. Prior to the declaration of the result, NTA releases the final NEET answer key. Last year, NEET was conducted on May 5 and the result was declared June 4.

Yes, DSU provides direct admissions to the students for BBA LLB (hons) course. In direct admission, students are not required to give any entrance exams. Interested candidates can apply through official website of DSU. The fees can be higher than admission via entrance exams. 

The total tuition fee of BA LLB at Dayananda Sagar University is INR 10.1 lakh. The application fee is INR 1,000. Applicants also need to pay an additional fee of INR 50,000. These numbers are taken from the official sources of the college. It can change.
