Faculty: Most of the faculty in the Civil Department here are really helpful and know their subjects well. A lot of them share actual site experiences which makes the lectures way more interesting than just reading textbooks. The teaching quality is pretty solid overall. Since AIT follows the VTU syllabus the curriculum is a bit old-school and heavy on theory.

Faculty: Teachers are so helpful, friendly, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. It is difficult to pass exams because of VTU, as it is different according to the college.

We also have some soft skills classes once a week, which help to develop some basics for placement. The curriculum is somewhat the same as most colleges affiliated with VTU, and the pass percentage is also the same. The curriculum is old, but they are trying to map it to industry standards.

But I don't think I will make the students industry-ready. Because after this, they had only theoretical knowledge, not practical. The semester exams were quite easy. You just need 40% in each subject to pass.
