B. Ed is not much related with your bachelor subjects. It is pre training for teaching skills.
It would be better to do B. Ed with clear mindset for requirement of TGT arts as you are from arts background.

Adhyapak Mahavidyalya, Pune has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
